Haha...Cow Again

Is there too many cows in Selangor. The second protest at the Selangor Secratariat also involves cows. But this time live cows. Will there be a third protest that involves cows too. Maybe one day Selangor might be called cowboy state in cows are involved in demonstrations.

Luckily there are no FRUs with water cannon and shooting tear gas. Or else these "cows" can't think how to escape from the lorries or if they does will run stampede.

Girl, If I Can Break Your Bracelet, You Must Have Sex With Me

How nice if I can bring out a girl friend for a date and accidentally break her bracelet. It means she has to give me a sexual favour in return. So guys, do you think it is a good practice for us?

Hahahaha.........don't come to a conclusion yet. What I am posting today is about what I read at Metro and HERE.

Its a new trend among teenagers in England with the revival of the colourful bracelets made popular by Madonna and pop stars of the 80s. I repeat young teenagers who doesn't know what sex is all about yet.

First made popular by Madonna and other pop stars in the 1980s, "jelly bracelets" are making a comeback with teenagers and schoolchildren in the United States. But this time, there's a twist: In some parts of the country, they're calling them "sex bracelets" - with various colours supposedly representing promises to perform sex acts in a game called "Snap".

As the story goes, break someone's orange bracelet (or purple, in some cases) and you get a kiss. Red, a lap dance. Blue, oral sex. Black, intercourse. And so on.

This new culture will definitely make our moral values degrade further. Hope it will not make it to our shores. And if you guys really want to have sex, ask in a gentleman way and not going around breaking some girls bracelet. But better avoid free sex and help keep unwanted sexual outcome at bay.

Malaysian F1 Team - Tourist Puller?

Pasukan F1 Malaysia lonjakkan industri pelancungan Malaysia - Ng. Thats was published in mStar, the Malay version of The Star. What a joke? Tourist come to Malaysia not for F1 but for other attractions such as its beaches, food, shopping the greenery, the islands etc.. Even without the Malaysian F1 team before, racing fan still come to see The Ferrari's, Philippe Massa and other world class drivers and teams. The setting up of the Malaysian F1 team is just for the ambitious few and not for the taxpayer who most are living in makeshift huts and shelters. For most Malaysian, Malaysian F1 team is a money lavishly spent because of people first.

Is This Vandalism?

This will only stop with a fresh election in Perak. The act is vandalism but vandalism according ti Wikipedia is the behaviour  attributed to..... In reality these are act of vandalism because " in respect of culture: ruthless destruction or spoiling of anythingbeautiful or venerable.[1] Such action includes criminal damagedefacementgraffiti and crass erection of an eyesore."

Usually we relate the act of vandalism to young individuals or group who did it for the fun of doing it. But there are also people carry out vandalism due to anger and warnings such as Ah Longs towards their loan defaulters. In Perak there is an act of vandalism to vent their anger and their target are Aidil Fitri banners of BN political figures. The people of Perak did not forget what BN did to their government of choice by robbing them. Here it proves that "Melayu Tidak Lupa", even though there is no proof that those who smear the banners comes from a specific bangsa.  This act of vandalism should send a message to BN that the people of Perak did not endorse the illegal BN government of Perak today. To settle the dust, a fresh election should be called.

Why the face of Zahid Hamidi's face was not vandalised? To let people admire her beauty? I don't think so. I think because she is not a BN politician but just a wife to a BN politician.

Conning The Consumers?

Remember I posted about Tunetalk before? Today I am posting it again. This about how dealers make sales. I have experience how other outlets selling top ups between RM 0.50 and RM 1.00 above the actual price. When I was in Miri, I bought a RM 10.00 top up for RM 11.00. I have no choice until I realise that I can do it at the actual price at ATM machines. I wonder whether they breach the aggreement with the Telco company concern.

Another unscrupulous tactic by mobile outlets is to sell the starter SIM pack in a package with a RM10.00 top up. If you want to buy the SIM pack, you have to buy the top up too. Take it or leave it.

Today I wanted to buy a Tunetalk starter SIM pack for my reserved number because I cannot change my previous number. I went to a mobile outlet at City Plaza Alor Setar to buy a new starter SIM pack. I was surprise when the lady behind the counter said it is RM 38.00. I inquire further, why, and she explained that they are selling it at that price. Luckily I knew that the price of the SIM pack is just RM4.90. So I argued the reason for such a price. She said that it include a RM30.00 reload.

The question is, why must they sell it together with reload? A simple answer. Making easy profit. They have made an extra RM3.00 for the starter pack which does not include commissions for selling the starter pack. Then again they earn more commissions for selling the reload. These practice has to stop.

I wonder why Telco companies are allowing these mobile outlet con consumers and not taking any action. I have contacted Tunetalk Customer Care while writing this post and waiting for their answer. I will update when I receive their reply.

The Food Argument Has Come

Netizens argue over food origin of dishes after Malaysia plans to stake claim. That's one of the headline in The Star. when I blogged about the topic of food claim and HERE, I can foresee that it will be debated and it happens.

I don't think the Thais claim tomyam as theirs but everybody endorse. Its marketing that counts.

Second Day Aidil Fitri 2009

catitanalamaya.blogspot.com/2009/09/2-syawal-1430.html
Hari Raya Aidil Fitri is a two day public holiday for Malaysia. It mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadhan. This year for those states with Sunday as weekend have Tuesday as a replacement since first day of Hari Raya falls on Sunday.

My second day of Aidil Fitri is filled with family gathering. Its a big gathering of the Tok Naidin descendants. Tok Naidin was from Southern Thai who migrated to the state of Kedah and settled in Kubang Pasu. It is believed that his grave has been located near a place called Paya Pahlawan in the Kubang Pasu District.

The Paya Pahlawan can be seen on the left of Kampung Alang Lama in the Google map below.

We arrived quite late because of the most popular reason whatsoever, woke up late. Then the jam also contribute to us being late and this is on a rural road. One reason being those stupid, selfish drivers overtaking on the left (considered emergency lane) at long queues. These are the drivers that create jams because of their selffishness and no discipline at all. I pray that these type of drivers will meet with nasty accidents on the road. I swear because I never did that. When are they going to learn to respect others.

Di 1 Syawal 1430

19th September 2009

Travelling back to Alor Setar for the Aidil Fitri this year is not much better than previous years. Especially  on the highway. It was 3.30 a.m that we left our house in Bukit Jalil. First we "lost" our way in Kuala Lumpur. Imagine that staying in Kuala Lumpur for the last 15 years and still can't find the way out  of Kuala Lumpur. OMG. The nightmare started when we miss the junction to Bukit Lanjan junction after the Tun Razak hockey stadium in Jalan Duta. We drove into Bukit Damansara, then towards TTDI. Thinking the route might take longer and more toll have to be paid, we made a U turn and then go towards Bukit Kiara leading towards Penchala Link, Bandar Sri Damansara and then only found the way into Sungai Buloh. I think that was a merry go round. Just imagine if it was during the day with heavy traffic things will will be worse.

Upon entering the North South highway at Sungai Buloh, I thought it was a relief because the traffic was not that heavy. However it was shortlived. Traffic start to get slow after the Rawang RnR. Even cars going into the RnR has to queue from the highway into it. The never ending bumper to bumper traffic crawl was showing red tail lights of cars as if going into infinity.

As usual we decided to exit at Tanjung Malim. It is also my usual route whenever going back to Alor Setar to avoid the "torturuous" toll rate. Remember I have blogged that I spend less than RM 20.00 on toll from KL to AS.

It was 4.40 when we stop at a restaurant at Tanjung Malim for the sahur. We took off again at about 5.30 and I has to drive this time because my daughter feels sleepy. The situation on the road seems just a bit better than the highway. There was a slight jam before the traffic light into Bidor. The early morning and balik kampung rush might be the contributing factor.

Since it is already daylight, I thought the trunk road traffic will make my journey slower. So I decided to enter the highway again at Tapah. I was dead wrong. The nightmare......errrr.....can I call it daymare?, begins. Its about 6.30 in the morning and trafic is crawling. Not worth paying for the toll to get stuck in the  jam. The "herronous" jam continue all the way and get worse after the Jelapang upon climbing the road towards Menora Tunnel. It was bumper to bumper all the way. Just a bit of relief at the exit of the tunnel but not for long. It gets back crawling about 300 meter away and all the way to the Sungai Perak RnR. No  way to stop at RnR unless one want to get tensed and stressed on this last day of Ramadhan. Queing to enter the RnR, finding parking space and then queue again to get into the toilet. After relieving, have to queue again to get out of the RnR. Not worth.

However we stop at Bukit Gantang RnR to go to the loo. Jammed again. After this traffic is a bit relaxed until the exit at Juru toll plaza.

20th September 2009

Today its Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. It is a day much awaited by all Muslims eventhough though who skipped the Ramadhan fasting due to personal and cooked up reasons. Islam is not a religion that make things difficult for its followers. Fasting during the month of Ramadhan is compulsory because it is one of the five pillars of Islam but there are exemptions for some quarters as those who are undergoing serious medical treatment and there is still hope to revocer, travellers for a good cause, people who are too old and weak, women breastfeeding infants etc. Read MORE......

Nasi Lemak Is Ours?

I have blogged about this and am blogging again about Tourism Minister Yen Yen's views to endorse some local cuisine as ours. It appear again today in The Malay Mail. While we claim Nasi Lemak as our trade mark, according to a top hotel chef, Chef Rahmat Rahmood the claim can "cook up controversy" because it "have little nutritious value and are high on cholesterol".

Malaysia has created uneasiness in Indonesia that lead to the "Sweep Malaysia" claim in Jakarta. This resulted from a National Geographic production about tourism in Malaysia that uses a Balinese dance and "claim" as ours. Then Indons claim that Negaraku that originated from Terang Bulan is also theirs.

As in The Malay Mail verbatim: "Variations of the dishes Ng listed are available in several other Asian nations, particularly Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and China.
Ethnic Chinese workers who settled here after leaving China a century ago introduced some creations, such as chicken rice, to Malaysia and Singapore.
Chili crab — a recipe of crabs stir-fried in tomato and chili-based sauces — could become a bone of contention. It is often associated with Singapore and is considered the city-State’s unofficial national dish."

We have to do lots of research before we stake claims so that we do not brew another storm that can sever International relationship with other neighbouring nations.

I would like to suggest we dig out our traditional delicacies which is becoming obsolete with modern generations and promote them. If found it is genuine local cuisine, then promote and market. If we can send our cultural troupe to promote our culture oversea, the same can be done with our food in future. We can raise our hat to Thais with their Tomyam, Padprid and Pattayas that spread like wildfire all over Malaysia.

Errr, what about Nasi Dagang?

Before You Jump Into Tunetalk

I bought a starter pack for Tunetalk and I learn a lesson tonight. I understand that subscriber can change to a preferred number. After purchasing the SIM pack I log in to Tunetalk website to change  the number to  my preferred number. I was advised by the sales assistant at the dealer that I can log in to Tunetalk website to do it. However when I log in to self-care, that I get is a registration page that I have to register but nowhere for me to change my number. I was only asked to book my preferred number which I did, thinking that when the dealer submitted my registration form when I purchase the SIM pack, Tunetalk will trace my Mykad number to the registration that I did online. Then they will change my number to the preferred number that I booked. I was wrong.

Tonigt after sending an email to Customer Care, I found out that the "Option to change your number anytime" might not be valid and just to lure prospective subscriber. I sent an email to Tunetalk Customer Care enquiring about the preferred number I had booked with the intention to "change your number anytime".

This is the advertisement at Tunetalk website

Change your Mobile Number Anytime!
Don't like your Tune Talk mobile number anymore? Getting too many annoying calls? Change it without even having to change your SIM card. Your entire account information, including credit balance and history will be retained. Just login to your Self Care account or visit any of our authorized dealer.

Customer Care's reply; "You have activated this on 15th Sept 09 and have made two calls with this. As this is an active card, there is no issue with the dealer’s registration.

As for your booking, you would need to get a new SIM card for the reserved number.

Tune Talk Customer Care"

It seems that everytime I want to "change your number anytime", I have to buy a new SIM and now I am wondering whether the RM 100,000 Personal Accident Insurance Coverage, another benefit of being a subscriber to Tunetalk, is valid or not.

Bob Only Have The Missionary Position

Humans have invented many positions in sex and not only dependant on the missionary position. We even copy animals position but animals can do the same. So, when it comes to sex, humans are the lucky lot, do you think so? Besides the normal missionary we twist and turn all over and upside down without any limitation.

However, it has been so unlucky for Malaysia's biggest bull because he only has the missionary position and in doing so,has killed two cows due to broken back when he mounted them. So, you ladies, you are lucky not to face the same fate.  In fact you can even be on top.

Laksa , Nasi Lemak and Bak Kut Teh

Laksa Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak and Bak Kut Teh Tarik.

I was attracted to this headline in The Star Laksa and Nasi Lemak among our pride, says Yen Yen. Some coincidence with the tittle my xperienceoflife's blog : Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai Teh Tarik. Only one resemble 100% but the other just at the source. I don't think laksa can be listed as one of our pride since it still has not become a 24 hours food listed on the menu. Roti canai, Nasi Lemak and Teh Tarik is the most mentioned word when people wanted to go and do some chilling. These food is synonimous with Malaysians. Someone who has been abroad for sometimes and when he/she comes back will look for Roti Canai and Teh Tarik to fulfil the "lust" for local snacks. Maybe for other than Muslims, Bak Kut Teh can be another high in demand drink.

Yen Yen as reported by The Star says verbatim;

We cannot continue to let other countries hijack our food. Chilli crab is Malaysian. Hainanese chicken rice is Malaysian. We have to lay claim to our food,” she told reporters after launching the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival yesterday.

Waa..... something that look like retaliation to the Indonesian claim that lead to the protest "Sweeping Malaysia"

It is a good move that we have to claim local food as our own identity but further investigation has to be done to justify that a particular food is really Malaysians. Food is a universal gourmet. We might have the same food but called by another name and then it will be a clash of identity.

Just wonder is Teh Tarik  a local beverage...............

Use Penang And You CanGo To Court?

Penang CM said that Penang belongs to the state government and anybody who wish to use the word must  get permission from the State Government. For the first time in my life I hear this claim and it is ridiculuous. Now nobody from Penang who travel outside the state will be disown by the state. when people ask where are you from, what will he or she answer because he can't use the word Penang. If I am going travelling to Penang and someone ask me where am I going, how can I answer it? I must call the state government first to obtain permision to say the word Penang.
When someone use the word Penang, will he be hauled up and charge in court? What about Pulau Pinang then? Does it belongs to the state government too?
A state or country belongs to all her citizens and as son of the soil, everybody has the right to use the name of his/her state or country.
I am lucky that I am not born a Penangite or else how can I tell others where I come from and I can't be proud of my origin anymore.

Just Translation

Saw this signboard at a toilet in a restaurant in Seri Kembangan. To translate into English: After use pull the rope. Errrr....which rope?

16th September - Malaysia Day.

Today is Malaysia Day. This year is quite quiet and not much news on the celebration. The Star report that it will be a quiet celebration in Sabah. Just like the Merdeka celebration this year that has been scaled down due to the Influenza A (H1N1) fear and the Ramadhan, Malaysia Day might feel the same.
To all Malaysians - Happy Malaysia Day

Nuffnang's Project Alpha

THIS BLOG ENTRY WON FOURTH PLACE IN NUFFNANG PROJECT ALPHA BLOG WRITING CONTEST FOR WEEK ONE

It rain this morning and I arrived at the office early. As usual around 7.00 o'clock because I opted for the 7.30 -4.30 working hours during the fasting month. Towards the Aidil Fitri holidays this weekend, the mood is already melting towards the celebration. Its just another four days of fasting. Workload at the office is not that heavy and I found out that after opting to switch to another duty, I have more free time. Life at the office is not hectic anymore.
Switched on my netbook, a personal netbook, mind you and of course going on my routine- check email, log in to tweeter and blogger and facebook. I was reading redmummy's posting on my facebook when I decided to walk into her blog and read about her date with Adidas Action 3 Road show for Nuffnang's Project Alpha (NPA).

I have been visiting her blog many times and love to read her simple informal writing relating her life, her family and her experiences. She has created an identity of her own with being everything red. She has been among the popular mums in blogosphere with many followers and I am one of them.
What is more interesting is that her blog does not only turn her into a blogging mum but helps drag her kids along especially gegirl and her husband too into the limelight. And now with her appearance in Project Alpha, it will further surge her popularity among bloggers.
I copied this picture from her blog to accompany this write up about NPA. Hope she will not turn red because, "You will not like it if I am angry." Then she might turn red instead of green. Hahaha.....
There are altogether 7 top bloggers featured in NPA season 1. Besides redmummy there are also Kennysia, Budiey, Nicole, Beautiful Nara, Huai Bin and Audrey.
I first knew about this NPA when I visited Nicole Kiss

a blogger that I never miss to drop-by an ask how she is felling today. Nolah!! I actually love to see the beautiful photos posted in her blog capturing her travel experience and last not least admire her beauty in the photo oso la. She write in simple informal English too and her writing can be influential in coaxing her readers to visit places that she write and post in her Nicolekiss
Around the world.
Reading her blog I not only admire the blogger but her lifestyle full of travel. How I wish I can travel just like her and I will have lots of things to write about. Errrr, but I wish I am a parrot. No!, not the one on the branch.

I am fivefeetsix but this little "princess" is fourfeetnine. She calls herself Princess Aud and at Fourfeetnine. Hope whe will not wear a 6 inches heels if I were to stand beside her.

Huai Bin is the sixthseal and blogs about travel. Another contender to Nicolekiss. However I seldom read sixthseal because Huai Bin is a man. I am not gay.....hahahaha.........but reading blogs has nothing to do with sexual preference. It is just that I did not find his blog before hearing about NPA. As travel is part of my interest, I might go and read his blog after this. It will be a good experience for would be traveller especially for those going on a shoestring travel. So on NPA there's a pair of travel blogger.

Budiey (picture left) is also another new blogger in my list. Budiey writes sensational stories about local artists. Maybe I am not much of an entertainment buff, I did not find his blog before this. From time to time I do drop on such blogs but not a regular visitor unless there is something hot and sizzling issues of local artist or entertainer. I'd rather go to gutteruncensored because its warmer and the pasture is greener over there. LOL.
Another blogger featured in NPA season 1 is Beautifulnara. The name sounds Siamese. Nara sounds Siamese. Beautifulnara's tagline "marilah bergosip secara berhemah" As the name goes, Beautifulnara confess that his blog collects pictures of beautiful artists along with hot gossips.
Last but not least another blogger with a celebrity tag in its own world. Kenny is well known in the blogosphere and has been appearing on different stages. Having the presence of Kenny is a crowd puller especially among youngsters who blog and do not blog. I remember reading about Kenny in a magazine but not sure of the name. After visiting his Kennysia, I had listed it as the must read blog. I like the way he write in a jovial and humorous style that make reading fun. Among cebrities blogger, Kenny is one of the blogger that I had met personally and this is it. Tadaaaa............

Credits: All pictures of bloggers (except Keny's) in this posting was taken from their respective blogs. Pay a visit and you will revisit them.
Meanwhile go and visit Adidas to learn what is Action 3.

Subscribe To A New Prepaid

Today I bought another prepaid. The latest mobile prepaid card in town - Tune talk. Now I have tried all the prepaids. Hotlink for my son, Celcom for wife and myself and this latest for myself. The word Tune must might not be aline anymore because we have heard of Tune money and Tune hotel. So this new kid must be from the same Tune family.

After I read about the arrival of this new mobile prepaid, I try to ask one mobile communication outlet in Seri Petaling about the starter pack. He said his shop do not have the pack but was wo ndering that many people came and inquire about the service. What makes him wonder is why a new player in the market can give such a good offer when the more established players can't do it. I just tell him to look at Airasia and MAS. When Airasia enters the market, they offer such low fares to fulfil their tag line "Now Everyone Can Fly". That drags MAS into their marketing strategy and now MAS is also offering lower fares. So with the introduction of the new prepaid that offer calls at 22 cents per minute to all operators besides the 5 cents per SMS, might create another war among the telcos which will benefit the consumers.

The starter pack was sold at dirt cheap price of RM 4.90 and comes with a RM 5.00 credit for making immediate calls. So you get an extra 10 cents to make calls. Besides subsribcers will also automatically gets opportunity to win Airasia e- gifts voucher, FREE RM100,000 Personal Accident Insurance coverage, and number change anytime. Read more HERE.

To Ban IsTo Encourage

Alcohol is forbidden for Muslims because it can lead to other sins or make the drinker loose his consciense. Lately the issue of banning the sales on alcoholic drink in Muslim majority area has been an issue discussed and debated in many blogs and even in physical medias.

I am a Muslim and I don't take alcohol and I don't drink. I join friends who go and consume beer and and smoke. But still I don't take beer or smoke. So its oneself's will to obey the rules. It all goes back to individual desires. Like the Malay saying "Kalau hendak seribu daya, kalau tak hendak seribu dalih"

We live in a multi racial and multi religion soceity with multi lifestyle. When Muslims are forbidden of consuming alcoholic drink other religion might not do so. So its unfair for them not to have access to those beverages. If we say Muslim majority areas, it doesn't mean there are no non Muslims, unless its a 100% Muslim area. For Non Muslim who live in a Muslim majority areas, have their rights too and not be deprived of. So to ban sales of alcoholic drinks totally will not be a good move.

Screenshots have a nice posting HERE.

Personally I see this issue of alcoholic drinks goesback to oneself which means education. If you yourself do not want to drink it, even if you are lying on a bed of alcoholic drink, you will not drink it. Just remember that people will do things that are forbidden because this was promised by iblis to Allah.

Do Not Be A Stupid Mule

You have heard and read reports that there are some Malaysians being detained abroad for being 'used' as drug mules. I mark with apostrophe the word use because they might be genuine victims of drug syndicate or maybe deny when being caught. Some of these victims were educated individuals and majority are females. Does this show that females are easy victims of drug syndicate? Sometimes we can't understand why are they easily being coaxed to carry items from someone they do not know the actual background or just new 'boyfriends'.

Today a 43 years old man in Kota Kinabalu was detained by Sabah Customs Department when he claim a parcel at a courier office in Likas. The parcel purportedly contain Chinese herbs do also contain 300gms of syabu. The question is; Did he know that there is syabu hidden inside or just being made a transporter of the drug without his knowledge. If its the latter then he is another victim. I felt sorry for his ignorant of the content which he believes contain genuine Chinese herbs.

What transpire from that man's fate is what we have to learn and take precautions. Have you ever receive notices that there is a parcel waiting for you to claim at courier office? Sometimes when a courier company can't personally deliver the consignment by hand to you, they will take it back to their office and send you a notice to claim it. Some courier agents will phone and inform about the item. These reputable agents will make arrangements whether you want to items to be delivered again or you go to their office to claim it. But one company will just send you a red card reminding you of a parcel or consignment and request you to go to the distribution center to claim.

I for a few times do receive this kind of card but usually I will ignore it because there is not enough information about the undelivered consignment. I do not know who sent me the item and the origin of it. Experience in those days did teach me some lesson. When I receive a card telling me to go to the Post Office to claim, I found out it was just a normal letter and I was fined because the sender did not stick enough amount of stamp value for the letter.

As precaution better be aware of items sent to you and be sure of who send you the item. If its from an unknown sender or someone you get to know through the internet, better be wise. The internet today has been misused by unscrupulous individuals to trick or con his/her new friend and convert you into another stupid mule. If you fall into their trap then you are a really STUPID MULE.

Soursop - Cancer Remedy

I have posted about Lemon Grass, one of the popular cooking ingredients in South East Asia. It is one of the cancer killer. Today I receive another email related to cancer too and it is of another fruit and from plant that grow well in Equatorial Raniforests - The soursop or we in Malaysia call it Durian Belanda. I share the information.

The soursop or fruit or the fruit from the graviola tree is a miraculous natural cancer cell killer 10,000 times stronger than Chemo. Why are we not aware of this? It is because some big Corporation want to make back their money spent on years of research by trying to make a synthetic version of it for sale.
So, since you know it now you can help a friend in need by letting him/her know or just drink some soursop juice yourself as prevention from time to time. The taste is not bad after all. It's completely natural and definitely has no side effects. If you have the space, plant one in your garden. The other part of the tree are also useful. The next time you have a fruit juice, ask for soursop.
How many people died in vain while this billion-dollar drug maker concealed the secret of the miraculous Graviola tree? This tree is low and in Brazil called it Graviola, Guabana in Spanish and soursop in English. In Malaysia we call it as "Durian Belanda"

The fruit is quite large and the subacid sweet white pulp is eaten out of hand or, more commonly, used to make fruit drinks, sherbets and such.
The principal interest in this plant is because of its strong anti-cancer effects. Although it is effective for a number of medical conditions, it is anti tumor effect that is of most interest. This plant is a proven remedy for all cancer types.

Besides being a cancer remedy, Graviola is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for both bacterial and fungal infections, is effective against internal parasites and worms, lower high blood pressure and is used for depression, stress and nervous disorders.

If there is a single example that makes it dramatically clear why the existence of Health Sciences Institute is so vital to Americans like you, its the incredible story behind the Graviola tree. The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the Amazon Rainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionoze what you, your doctor, and the rest of the world thinks about cancer treatment and chances of survival. The future has never has never looked more promising.

Research shows that with extract from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to:
  • Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nauesea, weight loss and hair loss.
  • Protect your immune system and avoid deadly infections,
  • Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment,
  • Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life.
THe source of this informationis just as stunning: It comes from one of America's largest drug manufacturers, the fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970's. What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing......Extracts from the tree were shwon to:
  • Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, uncluding colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer,
  • THe tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamysin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug.
  • What's more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree selectivey hunts down and kills only cancer cells. It does not harm healthy cells.
The amazing anti-cancer properties of the Graviola tree have been extensively researched - so hwhy haven't you heard anything about it? If Graviola extract is as half as promising as it appears to be - why doesn't every single oncologist at every major hospital insis on using it on all his or her patients?

The spine shilling answer illustrates just how easily our health - and for many, our lives - are controlled by money and power.

Graviola - The plant that worked too well

One of America's biggest billion dollar drug makers began a search for a cancer cure and their research centered on Graviola, a legendary healing tree from the Amazon Rainforest.

Various parts of the Graviola tree - including the bark, leaves, roots, fruits and fruit-seeds - have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians in South America to treat heart disease, asthma, live problems an arthritis. Going on very little documented scientific evidence, the company poured money and resources into testing the tree's anti-canceruous properties - and were shocked by the results. Graviola proved itself to be a cancer-killing dynamo.

But that's where the Graviola story nearly ended.

The company had one huge problem with Graviola tree- it's completely natural, and so, under federal law, not patentable. There's no way to make serious profits from it.

It turns out the drug company invested nearly seven years trying to synthesize two of the Graviola tree's most powerful anti-cancer ingredients. It they could isolate and produce man-made clones of what makes the Graviola so potent, they'd be able to patent it and make their money back. Alas, they hit a brick wall. The original simply could not be replicated. There was no way the company could protect its profit - or even make back the millions it poured into research.

As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola came to a screeching halt. Even worse, the company shelved the entire project and chose not to publish te findings of its research.

As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola research team whose conscience wouldn't let him see such atrocity committed. Risking his career, he contacted a company that's dedicated to harvesting medical plants from the Amazon Rainforest and blew tha whistle.

Miracle Unleashed

When researchers at the Health Sciences Institute were alerted to the news of Graviola, they began tracking the research done on the cancer killing tree. Evidence of the astounding effectiveness of Graviola and its shocking cover-up, came in fast and furious...

The National Cancer Institute performed the first scientific research in 1975. The results showed that Graviola's leaves and stems were found effective in attacking and destroying malignant cells. Inexplicably, the results were published in an internal report and never released to the public.

Since 1976, Graviola has proven to be an immensely potent cancer killer in 20 independant laboratory tests, yet no double-blind clinical trials - the typical benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge a treatment's value - were ever initiated.

A study published in the Journal of Natural Products, following a recent study conducted at Catholic University of South Korea stated that one chemical in Graviola was found to selectively kill colon cancer cells at "10,000 times the potency of (commonly used chemotherapy drug) Adriamycin ...."

Human Right Occur Daily In Malaysia?

The Star front paged this on its online version.

KUALA LUMPUR: Human rights violations continue to occur almost on a daily basis in Malaysia, said the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) chairman Tan Sri Abu Talib Othman. He said this in his keynote address at the Malaysian Human Rights Day on 9th September 2009

If you vote the right people into Parliament, they will amend the law to give us teeth to bite with,” he said in response to a question from the floor.

Abu Talib also mentioned that Suhakam’s probe into complaints of abuses such as police inaction, excessive force, selective prosecution, death in custody, delays in citizenship applications and denial of rights to ancestral land found that most of these were legitimate.

“To many government employees, it would appear that the Universal Declaration (of Human Rights) is very remote from their everyday working lives,” he said.

A Check For RM 2.87 - Please Don't Laugh

Recently I received a check from a bank. It was for the profit I made out of my shares. How nice it was when I open the envelope and saw a check. I was so delighted to receive at a time when money is needed most. All my joy immediately turn to be a joke when I saw the amount to be paid. Take a look at the picture below.
The profit is from Unit Trust, Amanah Saham Nasional which I bought in 1995 before I migrated to Kuala Lumpur. Not a large sum though but all the years after I bought the Unit Trust Share, the value depreciated from RM1.00 a unit to even RM 0.30. At first when I made the deposit, at least I can be a few hundred Ringgit richer after a few years. But after 14 years, I only made RM2.87. What a joke this Amanah Saham Bank Simpanan Nasional makes. And they send me a check for that amount expecting me to go the the bank and cash out. Even if I go on a motorcycle will cost more than the value of the check.

Malaysian Cabbies - Read A Singapore Taxi Driver's Diary

I arrived at the office early most of the working days. I make it a habit to be early half an hour before office starts. Usually it will be between 7.25 and 7.35 during the normal working days but for the whole month of Ramadhan, I opted to c lock-in at 7.30 and leave the office at 4.30. So half an hour early on both ends. Since the beginning of the Ramadhan months I use to arrive between 7.10 and 7.20 to clock in and has been the first to arrive and like a security guard has to open the office door and locks. It doesn't matter to me. At least I am doing some good deeds to my friends at the beginning of the day. I remember during my scout days, we use to tie a reef knot with both tips of our scarves which reminds us that good has not been done yet on that day. But whatever it is I am making it a habit to be early and arrive before time. Its my philosophy that "Let me wait for others and not the others wait for me."

As soon a I sit at my table, I will set up my netbook for work. My desktop computer was not accessible for about one year already. I made a complain and the technician from the IT Department came an took my hardisk but has not return them until today. Maybe they are sending the disk to forensic department to check whether I have been surfing porn during office hours. Hahahaha.........
I've been using my personal netbook for my official office work at the office or whenever I go for outstation assignments. The government policy is, never mind you use your own property for official tasks, but it is illegal to use governments property for your personal interest. Shit. The same thing goes if the government oves you money, you will have to wait just like waiting for the durian to be ripe enough and fall down but if you owe them, even one cent counts and you have a deadline to settle. But if the government owes you, there is no dateline. It's still in the Director's office. Worst still, ohh...the officer in charge is on maternity leave. OMG, government maternity leave is 3 months.

Log in to my Tweeter and there's a list of tweets from Xiaxue, whom I am a follower. On one of her tweets she posted that she had read the whole blog posted by a taxi driver who stole the limelight earlier this month. BBS China Daily posted this;

COULD this be Singapore's most well qualified taxi driver?

Dr Cai Ming Jie became an SMRT cabby last November after spending 16 years as a researcher at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB) of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star).

His career switch has become a talking point online after he started a blog earlier this year. Alongside his experiences as a cabby, he takes issue with the circumstances of his departure from IMCB last May.

An SMRT spokesman confirmed that the former researcher is a driver with SMRT Taxis, but Dr Cai declined to add more beyond this: 'All that needs to be said is on the blog online...It should be IMCB that needs to be asked questions, if any.'

The China-born Dr Cai, who became a Singapore citizen, obtained a PhD in molecular biology from Stanford University in 1990. The Straits Times learnt that he did a two-year postdoctoral fellowship after leaving Stanford at the University of Washington, under famed genetist Professor Lee Hartwell, who won a 2001 Nobel Prize in physiology.

He joined IMCB two years later and worked as a principal investigator in the field of cell genetics up till his departure.

A spokesman for A*Star, meanwhile, said renewal of all its researchers' contracts is based on a number of factors, including the time taken to train PhD students, their performance and their contributions to the research institutes and the agency in general.

Dr Cai's work, like that of all A*Star researchers, was assessed by an external Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), which recommended his contract be terminated.

Still, in spite of the submission of countless curriculum vitaes and applications to universities, government agencies and companies since he was told he would be let go in 2007, Dr Cai failed to get a successful response.

The former researcher now drives a four-year -old Toyota Crown. 'At a time like this, the taxi business is probably the only business in Singapore that still actively recruits people,' he said.

Now the PhD taxi driver relates his experience as a taxi driver after losing his job in the Institute's Laboratory doing research. His blog was written in simple English and it is interesting to read his positive attitude and ethics of a taxi driver, which I can see as very different from our Malaysia cabbies. His blog tittle is A Singapore Taxi Driver's Diary

How nice if Malaysia are made up of such taxi drivers.

NEVER DO THIS

A disciplined paintballer will NOT do this. Read what I posted HERE.
Angel Bear commented on this photo in her Facebook verbatim;

What's wrong with the photo above? For those who never play paintball, or planning to try paintball game in future, my advise is - DO NOT DO THIS!!

Putting a paintball barrel on your face without the barrel covered (even if it was plugged or covered with socks) is an UNSAFE ACT! The speed of the pellet/paintball is 300 feet per second, that can give you a little bruise when it was shot in a distance, but putting it point blank on your face can cause INJURY!

If doing such pose is cool, try to think if it shots right through the mouth or nose and see if it's still cool when this guy need to be sent to hospital with broken nose and then cause misery to all paintball operators and players in the country, having all of us getting banned from the sport that we love so much.

Once again, when it is about safety in paintball - LISTEN/READ & FOLLOW!!!!!

Following the posting of this photo on Facebook, it attract many comments, whch show how alert and concern paintballers are towards safety. .

The Era of E Card.

I am not sure since when I stop sending Hari Raya cards. Ever since I work at the present organisation, I never buy Hari Raya greeting card anymore. The reason being staff were given free Hari Raya cards to be sent individually. However there still past years cards still in my drawer and not sent. The question is, is Hari Raya card now becoming obsolete? I can still remember, years back when Ramadhan comes, stalls will be set up on five foot ways and roadside selling colourful cards and of various sizes. But the sight is becoming rare now. Most people has turn to the internet to send e-greetings and since a few years back, sending SMS's instead.

Sending e-card is more economical and can help save nature. There will be no trees chopped to produce an e-card. No stamps to be bought and no necessities to store the cards when the festivities ends. One will only pay for the internet charges and time to develop the e-card.

Another Year?

Earlier in the day I saw the Suara Keadilan at a new standand and the frontpage is as in the photo below.
Beside the pic of the Ketua Polis Negara is a statutory declaration (remember SD has been the trend in Malaysia) accusing him of 'serious' wrondoings. The SD was from none other than his former ADC. OMG, is this real? Our no 1 policeman is such? I am not going to elaborate further. Go and get a copy. At least you can support PKR financially.

Then over Buletin Utama later in the day, the news that his contract will be extended for another year. Seems there is nobody else in the police force capable to be the numero uno.

Scorpene Has Arrived

So our first submarine has arrived. KD Tunku Abdul Rahman arrived Pulau Indah in Klang and greeted by dignitaries lead by the Yang Dipertuan Agong, Tunku Mizan. News HERE.

Will MACC React?

Picked from Tumpang Sekole..... verbatim

The money, he added, was for activities related to the MCA divisions. Tiong's number two in KDSB, Faizal Abdullah, also said that Ong had used the company's private jet five times and 'owed' them US$40,000 for the services.

Speaking to Malaysiakini, Tiong claimed that h
e had pumped in the millions after being requested to do so by Ong. The money was apparently paid in cash over three installments during meetings with the MCA president held in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur last year. It is unclear whether the alleged payments were to fund Ong's election campaign to be party president last October.

Will MACC investigate? They will if Ong is an opposition leader.

Storm In Perak Still Brewing

The political storm in Perak has not subsided and today seven people were arrested including three ADUNs and one photographer. The ADUNs were arrested for tyring to enter the State Assembly for a sitting.

This storm will not settle unless there is a fresh election and let the people decide the rightful government after Pakatan Rakyat was illegally toppled last February. Let the people choose their government and let the dust settle. We must move on. Why do we choose to have a lingering headache when a fresh election can cure it. Oh, I forgot, leaders first development can come later.
