Whats In An MP3?

Never store confidential information in your mp3 or thumbdrive. A New Zealander discovered US Military files on an MP3 he bought at a thrift shop.

Day Trip To Langkawi

I went for a  day trip to Langkawi. It  was the weekend of the CNY and I did not expected there were so many visitors going since its not a school holiday. Most visitors are Chinese who might have taken the extra three days after the CNY. The number of visitors was my first surprise.

My second surprise was the ferry fare. Adult fare between Kuala Kedah to Langkawi is RM 23 while children between 3 and10 years is RM 17.00. I think the fare is far too expensive.

My third surprise was on the way back using the last ferry from Kuah to Kuala Kedah. They over sold the ticket. When the ferry starts sailing, there were about 6 more passengers without their seats. So it means they overload which means the ferry violate the law. I was just hoping the Police Marine or Jabatan Laut made a check but the ferry arrived Kuala Kedah scott free.
This is the property of the ferry Fortune Express - registered in Pork Klang

I will write more in my travel blog

26 January 2006 - Eclipse Of The Sun

Gemoetry of Solar Eclipse

Today 26th January we will be ablt to witness an eclipse of the sun over Malaysia. MOSTI however reported that in Malaysia we will only see partial eclipse and percentage of coverage in your area can be refered from the table released by MOSTI. Those staying in Kuching, Lahad Datu and Tawau will be able to see more of the eclipse because it will be more than 80% coverage. In other towns it will be more than 50%. The eclipse will start at about 4.30 in the evening.

In both graphics below taken from MOSTI, the red line mark the path of the eclipse on 26 January 2009.

What is solar eclipse?

Picked from MOSTI webpage: "This phenomenon happens when the Moon passes directly in front of the Sun, but doesn’t completely cover it because the apparent size of the Moon is smaller than that of the Sun. Hence the Sun appears as a very bright ring, or annulus, surrounding the outline of the Moon (Figure Below)".

It is very dangeruous to look straight into the sun during the eclipse because the ray can be damaging to the human eyes. MOSTI also gives 5 methods of viewing the eclipse HERE. However there is still another safer way that filling water in a basin and look into the basin.

Activities

If you are staying in and around Klang Valley, you can take toe opportunity to join the activities at the National Planetarium in KL. There is a daily Solar Eclipse program starting on 20th January and end 30th January with a hive of activities. Partial Solar Eclipse Program will be organised today (26th) starting at 4.00 p.m. See the schedule HERE.

Live telecast of the eclipse from Kuala Lumpur can also be viewed HERE. while from Lampung HERE.

Boycott Has Not Ended

Recently there was a call to boycott American products whose company were giving aid to Israel and they are buying weapons to murder the Palestinians. Persatuan Pengguna Muslim Malaysia has identified three product in their campaign that is Coca Cola, McDonalds and Colgate. We can live without those three products though. There are alternatives which we can choose from. We boycott when we can but some people has been sinistic in saying that; then we must also boycott blogger, microsoft, Internet Explorer, computers etc., etc., etc., Don't they have brains? We boycott when there is an alternative. Just as simple as that.
Being a Muslim Bloggers Alliance member, I have been receiving information from the Alliance and the latest being a blog from another member who is a convert. Her blog Pendant of Joy is about her life and about Islam. Scrolling down I found a posting about the boycott. We might not remember the hundreds of products that has links to Israel

Boycotting American products is not an Islamic agenda but human agenda. Some might argue that why join the Muslims and just let them fight their own battle. Everybody and not only Muslims must know that Palestine is not the land of only Muslims. Before the formation of the illegal nation Israel, Palestine was land for other religion too...."the state of Israel only existed in 1948 and the first country to acknowledge it was the USA. Palestine used to be a big country and then when Israel existed, the Israels forced the people of Palestine out of their homes. Not just the Muslims but also the Christians, Protestants, Catholics, Coptic Christians and so on."

What I read at Pendant of Joy is a clue of what product to choose to boycott. On all products there are bar codes and those with Bar Code beginning with numbers 729 are products of Israel. Its easy to remember the bar code instead names of products.

Why must boycott? As a sane human being are we approving murdering of innocent women, elderly and children. If we have some pity and sympathise with the fate of those people of Palestine, we must do our part to condemn the Israeli's terrorism. If you are a Muslim you must read Pendant of Joy because you are answerable to Allah after doomsday of what have you done to help save innocent people.

A Long CNY Holidays

Its holiday week this time, and a first too for this year.  At least to me I am having a week of leave beginning 24th January till 2nd of February. Of course I took the extra three days of leave after the two CNY public holidays. So that make up the total of days of leave. Since 1995, I have had no long leave because I switched my job from being a teacher to the present job. So as from then, my long leave will just be a few days to a week only. This three days leave is also the balance from last year carried forward. So that means I still am not using this years leave.

Took off from my house in KL to Alor Setar, my hometown. I use to spend my holidays in my hometown and very seldom go for holidays with my family. Unless during my outstation duty if it is during the school holidays then my family will follow and it will be free trips for them.

This time around I will will be going to Kelantan to accompany my nephew for an engagement maybe on first day of CNY. It will be a long trip but I am not taking along my car. So will be a passenger. How nice to be able to travel not in the drivers seat, after years of staying behind the steering wheel. I am excited to travel this time is because I can use my new Canon 1000D. As passenger I have more freedom to snap away whenever I want to.

I also have another plan in mind. Maybe going to Langkawi for a day trip. My son has been asking when I will take him to Langkawi after his unfortunate failed trip with a group of his friends last December. I registered him for the trip but unfortunately he was caught with chicken pox and has to stay behind.  Going to Langkawi during holiday seasons is just like putting the neck on the chopping board. Price  of goods will increase and at places exhorbitantly. However this week, public holiday is just on Monday and Tuesday, while the rest are working days. I am hoping that there will not be too many visitors to Langkawi and the "price mechanism" will be contained.

Since I used Touch N Go that is incorporated in my debit card, I pay my toll using the card. After all RM100 has already been heldback from my usable credit, why not use it. Eventhough I do not use the highway direct from Bukit Lanjan to Alor Setar Selatan which is more than RM54.40. I still took my usual modus operandi route that cost me not more than RM 30.00. It is a mix of highway and trunk road.

Have you ever wondered that using the TnG and SmartTag lane it is difficult or no opportunity at all to stop at the rest area at the toll plaza. These lanes are located at the middle most of the plaza and making it not safe to turn left into the rest area. It is some sort of if one use the dedicated lanes, one are forced not to use the facilities at the area. At the Sungai Dua toll plaza (South Bound)  for example, I used to stop at the rest area for prayer but since using the TNG, there is no way for me to stop at the area anymore. Immediately after the plaza, there are dividers leading all the way after the exit from the rest area. And then one cannot make a U turn which is dangeruous and flouting the traffic law.

I am not sure whether I will be in Alor Setar for the whole duration which I intended to. I checked my email and learn that my friends from the Yakuza paintball team is planning to train for the My-NPL league scheduled during the middle of February. This is the first time I will be participating in the NPL League after our team emerge first runners-up in the Bloggers Paintball Tournament held recently. If there will be training on 1st February, then I will have to return to KL earlier bacause it is unfair for my team members for me to leave the training. We had a good teamwork during the tourney a d that spirit must be uphold. After all Together Everybody Achieve More.

Wishing all my Chinese readers Happy Chinese New Year.

This is a song dedicated to the people of Gaza who were murdered by Isreal terrorists.

They Decrease We Increase

After CNY there will be some announcement regarding the increase of fares for public transport including school buses. Of course economy is one of the reason and feul price is not the factor anymore for now.

But read what are our neighbours doing? HERE

How People Market Their Product

Last night I attended a FREE Forex Seminar at the Hilton in Petaling Jaya. I came across the advertisement in The Sun and registered as instructed.

I arrived a bit late since I left home after office and on the way stuck in the jam at the exit to Jalan Utara from Federal Highway. Then my time was again was wasted finding The Hilton. Of course I know where Hilton is but I do not know the way to it. Its a normal situation for someone new to certain areas and place. But being stuck in the jam and lost on the was was not the real problem. The actual problem was I was holding back my call of nature. I have no opportunity to escape the situation since I was on the inner lane of a jam packed exit. Then again I missed the Caltex at PJ becauese of the position I was in. At last I reached PJ Hilton and rushed to the Gents. Fuuuuu.....relieved. But that is not the main point I am going to blog about in this posting.

Its about marketing. I see for myself how marketer market their product. The modus operandi from my perspective are same. Whether its roadside peddlars or high end promotions. If one were to walk the streets and watch the medicine man especially will always start with impressing those present the good things that his product provide. The general tagline will be his product is the best among all products in the market. Peddlars selling sexual related product especially for men, will always exhibit pictures of beautifil sexy half naked or naked women. Men will be those with six pack abdomen and well endowed sexual organ. After he succeeded capturing the mind of the onlooker then only he will market his product. Usually there will offers that he claim you will not get elsewhere.  The word FREE is a real catch and sometimes can be a trap.

I was trapped once with the word FREE. It was during the last PC Fair. I was looking for a laptop backpack and at one of the booth selling backpacks I saw the advertisement FREE one year insurance for laptop with purchase of their backpack. I was quite impressed since I had just bought a new netbook. I bought the backpack that has a lifetime warranty. I was told that if there is any defect in manufacturing, I can send it back for repair. Good enough the holding handle split a week after that. HoweverI have not sent back the item to the company.

Back to the FREE Insurance. After I paid for the item purchased, I inquired about the FREE Insurance. Then only I realised that the FREE Insurance is only for laptop bought during that PC Fair. So I made a silly mistake buying that backpack out of carelessness. The word FREE most of the time can be deceiving.

Back to Hilton. I arrived about half an hour late and the FREE Seminar had already started. However I sat through till the end. The speaker, a prominent and successful Hedge Fund Manager and hadgone through the mill of hardship in life before becoming what he is now. He talk impressively about the benefits and advantages of investing in Forex market citing examples of his successful students who graduated from his seminars.

At the end of the FREE seminar come the time to sell his product. It was a seminar cum course on how to trade in Forex. I am not sure whether the number of seats available is limited to 15 as he said that seats are limited and the first fifteen who filled up the arranged seats at the back will get a place in his nexst class. Those who rushed to the seats were being baited by the offers worth more than RM33,000. After the seats were filled up, he opened a second chance to those who are still seating in front and with another bait. This time his offer was the fee for the seminar. He said he is not charging the full amount but slashed it to the last amount of RM6,000, which he said he will not charge that amount but RM 498.00. And that bait attracted a few more. So now the figure is has bloated to more than 15. The first group had already exceeded the required number and I was asking to myself. Does the limited 15 seats is real or just a tactic to get participants. Psychologically, demand will be high if supply is low.
Thats Theory of Economics. He is using this tactic.

Then only he revealed that the cost for the Forex course will be RM 498 per month for 12 months. So he is right that he will not charge participants RM 6,000.00 but just RM 5976.00. Of course during trading, participants will get the returns of his investments but there is a Disclaimer in his advertisement in  The Sun; There is a risk of loss in ForexTrading. But who don't want to be rich?

Its Aching After The Paintball Tournament

It has been quite sometimes I had not experience muscle ache on my quadriceps. But I woke up on Sunday morning and felt this still pain on my muscle. I knew its because of my involvement in the paintball game on Saturday. I did expect to feel the muscle pain because I have been living quite a sedentary lifestyle since I left my track and field coaching in mid 90s. I was very fit back then. My resting heart beat was 55 bpm. However as time goes by, I am getting less and with thework burden, I feel too lazy to exercise. I used to swim for a few years after leaving coaching, at hotel swimming pools during my outstation assignments. Now I only walk from the car park to my office and vice versa. Thats my only exercise which I know is not enough to fulfil my fitness regime. Anyway my resting heart rate is aroun 65 BPM now. I might label myself a hypocrite in terms of fitness because I teach and tell people to keep fit but I myself do not.

Muscle ache is a normal occurence in everyone who do not prepare for the strenuous activity. My involvement in the Bloggers Paintball Tournament on Saturday is of higher intensity and demands on my body. I was prepared for the worse before the event since I knew my fitness level and after watching over TV a program, Zon Aktif about paintball a few days earlier. Therefore this aching muscle that is nagging since Sunday is nothing unexpected.

Back to my aching muscle, its difficult to walk upand downstairs or just to sit on the tiolet bowl in the loo. However I know I must not lay back to nurse that ache but to keep myself active. As a sports coach before, I understand that this ache will be relieved with time. The more movement I make, the faster the ache will get better. So on Sunday evening I took my family out to Mid Valley riding on the LRT and commuter. I seldom drive into the city. Using public transport force meto walk more. So the painful part? Climbing the stairs at Bandar Tasik Selatan RapidKL LRT station, going down the stairs to the KTM Commuter platform and walking up the stairs again at Mid Valley station.

However at The Gardens Mid Valley I got this picture below, of theChineseNew Year festive mood and of course the beautiful girls as pictured below. Watching girls forget about sakit ma. The photo below taken with my new Canon 1000D DSLR. After shooting bloggers at Astaka, I shoot these beautiful ladies at The Gardens ,Mid Valley. Practising to get acquainted with DSLR lor.

A Step Nearer To Putrajaya

Its official PAS regain the KualaTerengganu Parliament seat. Congratulation to PAS and Pakatan Raykat.
Pictures from Malaysian Insiders

Congratulations too to all bloggers who worked hard sacrificing time and energy to help Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut.

I Was Shot At Astaka But Not Dead (Mistake Rectified)

But no! I am still alive eventhough was shot on the back. Not with a gun or pistol but with a paintball marker. Yes, its a new experience playing paintball and now I knew how it feels. My final conclusion - danm fun.  I took part in the Bloggers Paintball Tournament at Astaka Ground in Petaling Jaya organised by blog advertisement network, Advertlets. The event was co organised with My NPL and MAPAAC

This is where the tournament took place at the Astaka Ground, Petaling Jaya.
The markers

Face mask. A compulsory safety equipment to be worn all the time inside the playing area. Taking it off while in the playing area will get a penalty where the team will be disqualified.

Warning sign. Saftey really took first priority before playing. Players have to sign indemnity form too before being allowed to play.

The playing area.
Bloggers registering. I arrived as early as 7.20 a.m after checking the itenary that registering is at 7.30. It is my habit to be early and it is a self discipline. The Dangeruous Dragon, comprising school boys who were member of their school paintball club.
Bloggers waiting for briefing by My NPL on safety and game procedures.
Bloggers checking out the playing area before the start of the game.

My Team : YAKUZA

This Yakuza's (amateurs) comprising of an uncle, three guys and a lady are makeshift warriors who unexpectedly emerged as first runner's up after losing to the Marksman Alpha who seems to be experience paintballerz.

Yakuza was formed by the organiser (Advertlets) only on the morning of the tournament comprising of 5 bloggers with no team. Among five of us only two knew each other (Marcus and Evo) and had played the sports before while three were first timers. So, not bad to reach the semi final and emerged runners-up. We accepted defeat graciously. We are the best teams among bloggers who took part but we loose to a better team.
Above: The team - Yakuza and, Below in action in one of the game
Below: Yakuza with Josh Lim of Advertlets
This is what I got as souvenir from my first experience playing paintball. I was shot on the back unaware after my cover-up partner was eliminated too. No! it will not demoralise me from playing the sport in future, given the opportunity.
Updated: Pic below showing that I am recovering

This is the guy from Marksman Alpha who eliminated me in the finals. Is this a coincidence. I was shooting the playing area with my camera before the game starts and he unexpectedly came into the picture. Waaa... he is staring at me. Maybe saying to himself, "Just wait when we meet in the final. Now you shoot me, I'll shoot you in the final." Of course I was eliminated by him in the final when he shot me on the back (above picture is related). No, bro... I have no hard feelings on you. After all its just a game. I believe in sportsmanship.
What I learn from the experience? I need to buck up my fitness. I felt 80% tired after the first game which we lost. However after the breather and in the next round I manage to play a better game. This goes to my other Yakuza's. We are better planned in the second game and won. After that we won all the remaining games. I manage to capture the opponents flag in one of the games. Why? My other team mate were eliminated and the same goes to the opponent.

Paintball teaches players cooperation, the need of communication, planning and strategise, obey orders.

I think the bloggers did make up their day at the tournament. Thanks to advertlets for organising this tournament and we re looking to more such activities in future to get us together.

Note: Thanks Ic3coOL for correcting the mistake in this blog.  I mentioned the team that beat us in the final as Sharpshooters but actually they were the team from Marksman Alpha

View Israel (Laknatullah) Terrorism In Gaza

I receive another email depicting Israel terrorism in Gaza. Go HERE.

DAP Making Muslims United Through Hudud?

Over Buletin UtM tonight, we saw that Karpal Singh has hit out at PAS and KeADILan about the hudud law. I just don't understand why must this be an issue among non muslims when the law did not affect them at all. Just like the Syariah law, do not penalise non Muslims if they were found to commit Syariah offences with a Muslim. What is regretable is that Muslims especially UMNO are trying to paint hudud as negative when in actual fact they who call themselves Muslim and has the power is responsible to implement it, since it is a compulsory Muslim las as stiupated by Allah Azzawajalla.
What Karpal is acting will only distance the Muslims in PAS and Muslims in KeADILan away from DAP. Accept it or not the Malays who are Muslims has come to accept DAP as part and parcel of Pakatan Rakyat to dethrone BN. I myself voted DAP in my constituency since the candidate is not PAS nor KeADILan.
Karpal should understand what is hudud and Qisas and not depend on negative informations from BN especially UMNO. Karpal should understand that his statement will make the Malays who are Muslims more united.

Mr President Will Be On Air Come 16th January?

The electronic media as usual has turn to be a BN campaign machinery for the P036 Kuala Terengganu by-election. Therefore most people who have brains will turn to the internet to obtain  the actual news of what is happening in the oil state.

I got news friends who are UMNO members in Kuala Terengganu that BN will fly kites come 17 January. An unofficial poll on mStar show the following result as on 14th January.

The survey below was taken from MarGeMar. Read his report HERE

I am definitely sure that PM the zzzzzzz will apear on TV on 16th January night as a last minute effort to canvass for votes. History repeats itself. PM using the electronic media as a final effort on polling day eve is nothing new and it is blatant unfairness to the opposition. It might not be of much damage on him because he is counting hisdays but this Kuala Terengganu outcome will send part of the signal to the PM in waiting that he is not the right man to sit on that chair.

Massacre NOT Because Of Hamas? So What....

Is it actually Hamas are being targetted by the Zionist terrorist? That is the reason being given by us. But Ziopedia reports otherwise. Read the extract below:
The military invasion of the Gaza Strip by Israeli Forces bears a direct relation to the control and ownership of strategic offshore gas reserves. This is a war of conquest. Discovered in 2000, there are extensive gas reserves off the Gaza coastline

British Gas (BG Group) and its partner, the Athens based Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC) owned by Lebanon's Sabbagh and Koury families, were granted oil and gas exploration rights in a 25 year agreement signed in November 1999 with the Palestinian Authority. -ziopedia

Boycott !!

I received an SMS listing of companies is found donating money to Israel to buy weapons. We buy their products means we are helping them to buy weapon and helps killing innocent Palestinians. I am doing my duty to help the campaign.

Humanitarian Donation For Palestine

Of Domestic Production

Since the production of its first Saga in the 80' consumers have been complaining about the quality of the product. All models in its production have problems and it is no alien if we hear Malaysians says, " Biasalah proton," which means that if the car do not create problems after a few years then the car must be a chicken in a sheeps skin.

When Terengganu's BN government opt for Mercedes to replaced Proton Perdana for their EXCOs it means that the signal has been sent to Proton. The reason to replace the Perdana's for imported cars is due to high maintenance cost. That is government property and definitely it is to be serviced by government appointed workshops to maintain the car.  Payment from government's coffer is usually late and therefore workshops usually mark up the price which equals to high cost to compensate. But from unidentified sources and words on the streets is that the maintenance cost is high due to "value added"  services. What is value added? The maintenance isnot only for the official car but at times unclusive of personal individual's car and the cost is tabulated into the official cars maintenance cost. So the actual cost of maintaining the official car might just be an artificially created cost.

Another factor for increasing maintenance cost is due to age of the car. The older the car gets, definitely the maintenance cost will increase. Af far asI know government properties has to audited after five years (if I am not mistaken) and can be replaced if found defective.

Using the same reason as Terengganu, Penang and Selangor also decided to change their Perdanas for a better quality car. They choose Toyota Camry instead of Mercedes. Of course it is cheaper. But Penang and Selangor being Pakatan controlled states definitelt it will get more attention because whatever good things Pakatan government do is always wrong.

Latest report from Malaysian Insiders is 'Selangor opts for Toyota too in another blow to Proton'. With such reports and talks on the streets how many more years isProton going to take to maintain quality. Do we hear much complains from Perodua compared to Proton?

Who Is Tukar Tiub?

This guy came into the scene during the Permatang Pauh by-election last year. His blog Tukar Tiub, which is short and at times cheeky and humoruous became a hit among readers that made him a "millionaire" in just a short time. As a blogger I admire how he attract his readers including me during that Permatang Pauh election. As a blogger too there tend to be some jealousy because he was able to attract readers like wild fire. Everyday when I logged on to the internet I never miss Tukar Tiub's blog. Since then I was wondering who this blogger is.

Tonight I found the answer. He did announced in his blog that he will be present on Astro Awani's live show Sudut Pandang which kept me waiting for that slot. So this is the guy Hishamudin Rais.  Tukar Tiub is Hishamudin Rais, who were, together with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim held a demonstration known as the Baling Peasant Protest in 1974.

Advertlets Blogger Paintball Tornament - The Followup

Today I received an email from Advertlets informing me that I am in for the Advertlets Blogger Paintball Tournament to be held on 17th January 2009 at Astaka Ground in Petaling Jaya. I am not sure who my team members will be but that is not what counts. I am looking forward to this event which will be a first in my life experience. So it suits my blog xperienceoflife. So far I just had the experience holding the paintball gun and did target shooting and now it will be Murphy's war. Or is it?

Boycott Coke, McDonalds and Colgate!!

The Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia launched the boycott Coke, Starbucks and Colgate at Sembang Cafe, The Mall on 6th January 2009.

The introduction of the press release is:

Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia ( PPIM ) bersama NGO lain akan melancarkan Kempen Boikot Produk Terpilih Yahudi/Menyokong Yahudi – COKE,STARBUCKS,COLGATE peringkat Negara.
Read MORE......

I have been boycotting Coke, Mcdonald and KFC for years now and I am still alive without buying or patronising them. I have even brainwashed  my children in not buying them and I am happy that I am successful. Whenever they ask to go to KFC, I will always tell them' "Cannot! America!".

First Time To IKEA

It was my first visit to Ikea at Damansara last weekend. I and my family was on the way back from Sri Damansara to send my cousin to his rented supposed to be college accomodation. The perception of a college accomodation that I imagined was way way far from projected in their website.  See accompanied picture.
What I actually saw was an environment of a low cost flats with dilapdated facilities and was not well maintained. What a shame if a foreign student were to come and stay in this kind of accomodation. My evaluation is it's not fit to be called a decent accomodation for students. The supposed to be accomodation were only rented three rooms apartment (if it can be called an apartment) from individuals andwithout proper security which should be provided for them.

What you see in the picture is fare different from the actual on site condition. Just like if you see a hotel room advertisement is very different from the actual room you rent out for the night.

On the way back my wife suggested that we stop at IKEA since we are already there. I drove to IKEA and for the first time drop by that area where there is The Curve, Ikano Power Centre, Courts and Tesco.

I know it might sound awkward but I was surprised to see the 'huge' household equipment store. I have never been to such a big store before and now only I understand why many people talks about IKEA when they mention about buying furniture for their home.

At first we were just trying to look for cushion cover for the settee but did not know the design number so wedid notbuy anything. Walking around we did pick up something of this and something of that and in the end bought things of RM110.00 which give me a FREE parking.

We did lost our way on the way to Ikano Power Centre.

Then again I went out the wrong way that ended up on the toll highways which I really hate because of the toll. Infact using the highway is further than using the untolled road back if I were to go through Bangsar and Jalan Istana to KL-Seremban highway. To me whenever travelling, I will try to avoid the highway as far as possible because of one reason. I am anti toll and alreadypaid my road tax to the government. So the government is responsible to provide me with free usage of all accessible roads.

Bloggers Going To War?

No!, Don't get me wrong. Bloggers are not going to war with the governement, with another bloggers or with anybody. Its only a paintball war jointly presented by advertlets , MAPAAC and MY NPL.  Details HERE

What is paintball?

As the name implies, paintball are bullets in the form of paint in a ball. Hahaha.....not so funny lar. Paintball is a mock war between two teams in a designated encroachment. Both teams try to eliminate members of the opponent using paintball pellets shot from a compressed powered paintball gun to complete or achieve certain objectives. Some of the variation of paintball are to retrieve flags, eliminate a specific player or any other paintball variations.

It can be played indoor or outdoor and players have to wear safety equipments including head protector and googles.
The two pictures was taken from the My NPL website of previous activities organised by the association.

Advertlets, an online advertising network will be organising the Advertlets BloggersPaintball Tournament 2009 on this coming 17th January at the Astaka field in Petaling Jaya
