PKR, Just Let Go Off Greedy Leaders

Malaysian Insider reports that PKR Indians switch to BN in Bukit Selambau. These Indians switched (did they really?) to BN due to unhappiness of their leader B. Kalaivanar who was not happy because he was not selected as candidate for the coming by election. Kalaivanar dissovled his Jerai Branch.

I see it that Kalaivanar is not a true leader and his action resulted from greed. If this is the attitude of a leader, then he is not fit to be a leader. If he was fated to be  a candidate and win the seat, he will be just like all other BN representatives. Fulfilling his greed. Now we can see who are true leaders who fight for justice of the people.

For those Indians in the 'dissovled' Jerai Division, you have think with an open mind. Don't follow a leader blindly because he admitted that he would like to be an elected representative for PKR, he claimed that the move had nothing to do with Manikumar's candidacy. So what then?

Quoted from Malaysian Insider, "In an immediate response, PKR information chief Tian Chua said that he was not disappointed by Kalaivanar's move.

"PKR fights for multiracial reforms. If Kalaivanar is not willing to continue this struggle, then he is acting in his own self-interest and we are not disappointed by his leaving."

No PAS And DAP In Bkt Selambau, No PKR and DAP in Bkt Gantang Please!

I heard this over radio news (no, not RTM but Sinar) a statement by SPR reminding that PAS and DAP are not allowed to organise ceramahs in Bukit Selambau and PKR and DAP too in Bukit Gantang. The reason given is that the candidate does not come from these two parties contesting in the respective constituencies. The reason given was Pakatan is not a registered organisation and therefore its against the SPR law to help their partners.

Day after day BN is killing the democracy.

This is Malaysia (0r Malaysia Boleh?) and been claimed a democratic country. If it is democratic, then anybody can take part in any activities as long as it does not contribute damage to anybody or any things. Ooopppsssss.... I forget, it does damage BN. Amir from Raja Lawak says, "I'm sorrye"

If BN is using all available avenues and public property to campaign for them and is all that legal because they are using public property for their own interest. Its not uncommon to see government  machineries used to their benefit. Is right using them in the first place? But does SPR issue any statement about that. So it seems that anything that is not benefitting theBN is all against the Election Act.  No wonder the opposition claim that SPR is a component party of BN.

Just A Lighter Side

Will Magnum and other outlet sell this? Today is Monday. 2moro is the day. Just a lighter side of things.

Just Look How They Swindle

I went to Carrefour Seri Petaling (22nd March 2009) for some grocery shopping before going outstation. Saw on the rack this Nescafe Ginger and Honey and the price is displayed as RM 14.70. It should be a hot item since displayed on an individual rack.
I took one packet and walk around to find other items when I saw this same product on the common rack. This time the price is displayed as RM 11.xx.
I can't believe my eyes and compared the packet. Every details are the same. Then I compared the BarCode and still its all the same. So I asked the assistant nearby (a Bangla) which is the right price. He took the packet on the common shelf and checked with the price check machine. He came back and told me that the correct price was RM 14.70. I asked him why the difference and he checked the display tag on the shelf. He pointed out that it was the old price. He pointed to me when the tag was displayed and it shows as 28 February 2009. OMG!!! within less than a month the price has risen for more than RM 3.00. This is just one item that I found by accident. How many more items do they hoodwink customers in such a way to increase sales. This does not count the 1 cent rounding mechanism.

This is what we call BN = BARANG NAIK!!  You still vote for BN?

If You Go To Thailand..........

An email was sent to me and reading it I remember a newspaper report about a Malaysian who was detained for mistakenly taking a packet of cigar thinking it was a gift for purchasing of chocolates. This is not a smear campaign to our neighbouring country but most people has been talking about it.

Now this is the whole story. (Sorry it is in Bahasa Melayu)

I am not sure whether it is daylight bribery but if anyone who visit Thailand at the common border, he/she has to pay the plainclothes clerk manning a counter outside the Thai immigration border just to have his border pass or pasport stamped officially. Without going through these clerk, you travel document will not be stamped. Where does this money go to? Read on......

Salam..this is a true story..

Kindly read through.

Dear friends,

Kepada kita yang suka melancong ke luar negara ............ ... satu peringatan.

I would like to relate to you all an incidence... ......... ...... quite recent, i.e. about two weeks ago......... ..

After my daughter's wedding in early February, I had gone to Shanghai  (saja nak enjoy lepas penat menguruskan perkahwinan) and my cousin  went to Bangkok with his wife and brother in-law..

My cousin offered to pay for the cigarettes kerana salah faham beliau..

My cousin telah disuruh mengaku salah dan didenda sebanyak 2000 baht (what happened to the RM11,000?  Tak disebut pun......... .....).

..... macam cerita wayang saja....... tapi percayalah.. ... memang ini kisah benar.

Dear Omar, remember our phone call recently?

Please be careful, ok?

Just see how even Ministers lied.

I quote: When told there were ex opposition leaders who were contesting , Abdullah said this showed something was not right in the opposition.

"They may be facing problems.
"We, on the other hand, don't have any UMNO people contesting. This shows our discipline  is better."

Karpal Took The Wrong Route

Police said Karpal took the wrong route and thats why his car was pelted with water bottle. I wonder why do the police issue such statement when in fact they are responsible for safety of everybody. Why then was his car allowed to take that route when there are police personnel all over the place and did not direct Karpal's driver to follow the correct route allocated for PR. Was it not for the man manning the traffic to show the way because I am sure the police knew whose car it is and who is inside.

As always the police will point fingers towards the opposition even for mistakes made by BN. The incident in the news is an example. The police should not make any conclusion before reports being investigated. If PDRM want to promote a clean image then they must shed off their attitude of unfairness.

UMNO Promoting Corruption?

The government set up MACC to check corruption. I say check because however effort we put in to fight corruption, it will never stop or be wiped out. Corruption is just better than prostitution if not on the same level. Everybody know that prostitution is illegal on religuous ground, morally wrong and has been endorsed as the oldest profession in the world. Whatever effort and however it is being condoned, it will never cease as long as human needs sex. The same goes to money. As long as people needs money, corruption will not cease. Only the degree or seriousness is the difference.

I write this post after reading another blog that write about the recently concluded United Malaysian National Organisation (UMNO). I quote some of the blogs posting that in broad daylight, leaders from all walks of life is propising UMNO to practice corruption in our country because they are in power.

Below are some that were posted:

  • Puteri Umno representative Mazlina Lazim told delegates that the government must ensure Umno loyalists are given positions in government-linked-companies (GLCs). "If  Umno doesn't help Umno members who else would do that," she said.

  • Musa Sheikh FadzirBukit Mertajam, Penang : When others question our religion, our special rights, who defends the Malays? Us, Umno. But when we try to defend ourselves, our leader gets a three-year suspension (referring to Ahmad Ismail).

People always say don’t play money politics. But this is a political organisation. If we don’t have money, how are we supposed to come to this AGM in Kuala Lumpur? (stupid do you think?)

“Those days, an application for a taxi permit would require the endorsement of an Umno branch or division chief.  If the branches and divisions are strong, then Umno will be strong again.”

  • Hasnoor Sidang Hussin, Bukit Katil, Malacca said high-ranking appointments in government-linked companies and higher learning institutions should be reserved for Umno members.

“So, just like the president said about returning Umno to its roots, let’s bring Umno back to its glory days where we controlled everything.” He cited the example of UiTM vice chancellor Datuk Seri Ibrahim Abu Shah who was a party loyalist.

Musa’s call was also echoed by a Malacca delegate, Datuk Hasnoor Husin, who also urged the government to ensure that only Umno loyalists be appointed to senior positions in public universities.

“Please make sure the faculty members are all Umno men, and the same goes for other civil servants,” said Hasnoor.

Those are some examples that is clear of attempt to promote corruption within UMNO who are in power. Is it not tantamount to abuse of power which is equivalent to corruption?

Are we living in Malaysia or UMNOsia.

Datuk Nik Aziz Joins Cyber Community

I heard over Sinar FM this morning that Kelantan MB and PAS spiritual adviser had launched his blog yesterday. I searched some  reliable blogs and web portals (even Harakahdaily) and at the time I write this post, there is still no information about it. Just anxious to find the URL.

If Datuk NikAziz can, why can't other younger leaders blog too? Datuk Nik Aziz is actually throwing a challenge to young generation to write because part of knowledge is to write and dispense.

Kindle

This might be a new word or a new gadget for most of us and for me I found it while browsing for books at Amazon. (Scroll down this blog to go to Amazon). This new gadget is called Amazon Kindle that function as an e-book reader. Read more HERE.

Took this description below from Wikipedia.

Amazon Kindle is a software and hardware platform for reading electronic books (e-books), developed by Amazon.com subsidiary Lab126, first launched in the United States on November 19, 2007.[1] Two hardware devices, known as "Kindle" and "Kindle 2," support this platform, as does an iPhone application called "Kindle for iPhone."

The Kindle hardware devices use an electronic paper display and download content over Amazon Whispernet using the Sprint EVDO network. Kindle hardware devices can be used without a computer, and Whispernet is accessible without any fee.[2] These devices also provide free internet access to Wikipedia.[3]

On March 3, 2009, Amazon.com launched an application entitled Kindle for iPhone in the App Store for iPhone and iPod Touch owners to read Kindle content. Through a technology termed "Whispersync," customers can keep their place across Kindle hardware devices and other mobile

The Amazon Kindle has the following advantages:

  • Slim: Just over 1/3 of an inch, as thin as most magazines
  • Lightweight: At 10.2 ounces, lighter than a typical paperback
  • Wireless: 3G wireless lets you download books right from your Kindle, anytime, anywhere; no monthly fees, service plans, or hunting for Wi-Fi hotspots
  • Books in Under 60 Seconds: Get books delivered in less than 60 seconds; no PC required
  • Improved Display: Reads like real paper; now boasts 16 shades of gray for clear text and even crisper images
  • Longer Battery Life: 25% longer battery life; read for days without recharging
  • More Storage: Take your library with you; holds over 1,500 books
  • Faster Page Turns: 20% faster page turns
  • Read-to-Me: With the new text-to-speech feature, Kindle can read every newspaper, magazine, blog, and book out loud to you, unless the book is disabled by the rights holder
  • Large Selection: Over 245,000 books plus U.S. and international newspapers, magazines, and blogs available
  • Low Book Prices: New York Times Best Sellers and New Releases $9.99, unless marked otherwise
I am not sure whether this new e-reader which from what I read is more convenient that carrying a laptop to read e-books, has landed on our shore.

Should I Dedicate A New Blog To Paintball?

Ever since I played paintball, I am getting attached to this extreme sports.

Hence, I am dreaming to write a book about it for players-to-be, and as it is, in Bahasa Melayu.

When I registered with Werdna Hol forum, a member suggested a magazine on paintball. We don't have one in Malaysia. Go there to read.

Arguments whether physical magazines or e-gazines.

Got good readership distribution?

etc., etc., etc., Go read.

Now after surfing many blogs writing about paintball, I think I want dedicate a blog to paintball too, to share my experience and what I read about paintball. Maybe a start for an e-zine in future. If publish e-zine, readers must subscribe la. Make some money lor. So that I can still play paintball.

I am undecided whether I am going to stay here and mix the posting with other topics or create a new blog. I can also recreate and dedicate my other blog My Sport into a paintball blog

What do you think?

I Have Never Left UMNO

I overheard over Buletin Utama while blog surfing Pak Lah's speech. The line that attracted me was ....saya tidak pernah meninggalkan UMNO...... Oh, is that so? Maybe I am wrong. Did he left UMNO and join Semangat 46 with Tengku Razaligh. Semangat 46 is not UMNO. So that means Pak Lah lied that he never left UMNO.

Three Layer Teh Tarik In Sarawak

One specialty at Sarawak Waterfront is the three layered teh tarik. Its interesting to watch how the drink was blended and on the last visit I decided to take pictures to show how it was prepared. On the first night with my friend I was arguing about which layer was poured in first. My agrument was tea was poured in first and followed by milk. Since milk is denser than tea, so the tea will be pushed up the glass forming the upper layer. When my friend asked what about the froth, I was blank.

The next evening, we went again to the Waterfront and this time I decided to take pictures on how it is prepared.

First milk was prepared and the "tarik" process was done. This is to build up the froth or buih.

milk was poured into the glass.

Then only tea is poured onto a spoon to soften the flow. Tea will overflow on the spoon and because of that, tea just floats on the layer of milk and settled under the froth.

Three layered teh tarik is ready. To drink it, you have to spoil the layers. What to do, you are not just going top see the three layers but to drink it. So stir it to mix the milk and tea.

A Visit To Werdna Hol

It was suppose to be a visit by my team to paintball proshop at Bandar Tun Razak. Arrived at 9.45 and had berakfast at a stall nearby while waiting. However it seems that my team members did not make it. So I was the only one present.

The shop tauke was on the way when I arrive and I just sit and wait outside reading paintball magazine on the table. The tauke, Andrew came some time later and it was the first time I met him after hearing and reading about his name in My NPL forum and Werdna Hol Forum. Of course I introduce myself as one of the Yakuza team member and it was suppose to be a team visit.

Andrew showed me around and introduce a new pair of paintbal attire, from Sly Equipment, the Sly Pro-Merc pants and jerseys. The material seems to be tough and of good quality. Well, I did not enquire about the price which I expect to be beyond my budget.  He also showed me the new knee and elbow arm protector from the same brand. Its comfortable of course on my hand when I tried it out but maybe not on my wallet though.

I came to know that one team that played with us during the Bloggers Paintball Tournament and together with us in D4 of My-NPL, had ordered markers and customised to their team name.

To me it was a fruitful visit because now I have a brief idea of the pricing of paintball equipment so that I can prepare myself a budget to build up my paintball gears. I have been reading about markers and the price was quite high which might not be reachable for me but after the visit I found out I can get a full set for less than RM 2K. Even paintball pants advertised on the internet as a RM 1 less than RM 500 can be bought for below RM 300. Now have to cari duit lor.

Phishing and Network Attack

I registered myself with a forum about paintball. One of the member wrote in my forum that he can't access my blog and worse still another member who said he accessed this blog using IE was connected for a few seconds and then bust.

I experience this problem too but I know it was my antivirus that blocked the site.

I tried to access villianpaintball blog and get this.

Then the side bar on my blog showed me this message below.

During that duration of time when most of the sites that I tried to visit was blocked and when I checked my Karspersky report it was because there was a network attack and Karspersky was taking its action to block the attack. At the same time there is also phishing activity on my network.

I am grateful for the comments by the member of that forum. Or else I will not know that I was attacked by online activities.

Another event to show our concern for the earth is Earth Day.

22 April 2009  Earth Day.

What is earth day?

In simple term it is a collective effort to save energy for future generation. Thats what I understand. I have blogged about this topic for the last two year.

Earth Day is one of two observances, both held annually during spring in thenorthern hemisphere, and autumn in the southern hemisphere. These are intended to inspire awareness of and appreciation for the Earth's environment. The United Nations celebrates an Earth Day each year on the March equinox, a tradition which was founded by peace activist John McConnell in 1969. A second Earth Day, which was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson as an environmental teach-in in 1970, is celebrated in many countries each year on April 22. - Wikipedia.

Dinner Spoilt

Went out for dinner after shopping at Giant Kinrara. The same place for dinner Restoran Ajimal Razim at Seri Petaling. On the large screen is WWE with Tripple H in a cage match. All tables were occupied. As usual I ordered Nasi Lemak biasa telur kasi pusing and Teh O ais limau.
When the Nasi Lemak was put on the table, suddenly I lost my appetite. The reason a couple came and sit next to our table. It was a Chinese couple. There is nothing wrong with that Chinese couple. I even have many Chinese friends and to me they are no different with my other Malay friends. Friends are friends irrespective of race, religion and creed. But what spoilt my appetite was because the lady is carrying a little pet dog with her. So insensitive to bring pets to eateries. I feel it quite unhealty to allow pets in eateries. Even cats around is already an unhealthy sight and what more a dog for a Muslim. The fur might fly in the air and drop on food. Having cigarette smoke around is already unbearable for me and what more pets especially dogs. If I were to equate the situation to sex, it is just turn -off after being fully aroused.

Paintball - Buying Goggle

I am going to buy my own goggle as a start to my paintball gear. When I lecture in Sport Science courses, I use to tell participants the importance of safety in sports. When one play sports, an injury is the beginning of the end of an athletic career. Once a player experience a serious injury, he will not be able to regain his full ability as before injury.

In the sport of paintball, goggle is the most important protective equipment for a player because it protects the most inportant part of the human body- the eye. It protects the players eye from being hit by the pellet and it also protect the ear. The head being the most exposed part of the body during a game is vulnerable to being hit by the pellet. It is also the first part of the body that appears behind the bunker. The eye ball being soft will be injured seriously and can lead to blindness if hit by the high velocity paintball pellets. I have seen many players being shot on the goggle and therefore conclude that its the most targeted area. If being hit by a paintball can leave blue black bruise on the body even under the clothes, just imagine how severe it can be on the eyes and can cause germinate damage.
What if he is not wearing the paintball goggle

That being the reason I want to buy the goggle first. Another thing is because of health reaons. Sharing house goggle with other players is just not a healthy practice or habit. I read in a blog about Finding The Best Paintball Goggle.

Criteria in choosing the mask

  • Should be fog resistant so that the player can see at all times during play.
  • Cover all areasof the body that are sensitive, including the ears and neck.
  • Should be dark and easily blend in with the environment around them. (Especially if playing in woodball environment)
Pic above is just a sample

Paintball Training - ASTAKA

I went for my paintball training session with my team at ASTAKA, Petaling Jaya. All team members were present and we did play some friendly matches with other team that came for theirown training too. We also play with Infidelz, who beat us during the last My-NPL at the same venue. Eventhough we won the friendly, but they were not in full force. Only three of them were present. But to us its not the win but the ability to practice our breakout- the objective of our training. Another factor that give us some experience to learn is playing with players using e-markers against us who all use manual house markers. According to Simon, our trainer, its of good advantage for us playing. I agree with him. I have been reading articles from the internet about paintball training and one drill is to read how pellets travel towards oneself.
See! How amateurish I am? This is the fourth time I play paintball.

Conclusion: Just got two shot mark and not as serious as during all the other participations

I have subscribed to Google Alert on the topic of paintball as I had written in my previous post and today I read at Villian Paintball about the last MPOC  held at Xtionpaintball in Bukit Jalil. I was present at the tournament since its not far from my house.

A comment about the MPOC was the ground. It was in such a mess that at the starting gates, its like paddy fields. According to the writer,it has been happening for some times and even during the Asian Circuit. If this happens during Internatiol Competitions, then its a disgrace not only for the organiser but also the image ofMalaysia. Of course, the ground is not fit for speedball paintball but maybe good for woodball condition. Read also HERE

I think the owner of the venue should do something to rectify the condition of the ground.

Is One Cent Still Valid? - Or Is It Legal Cheating?

What crossed my mind to write this post is after visiting Astro to read about the latest development of Akademi Fantasia or as some ustaz called as Akademi Fantasiasia. Well I am not going to elaborate about AF here but something else.

There was an advertisement on the Astro website about Astro Mobile TV that can be viewed over 3G phones. Still it is not about the Astro Mobile TV but the packages offered. It was advertised as a basic package starts at RM 9.99 for three channels. The question is why RM 9.99 and not RM 2.00 because when you pay the bill it will not be RM 9.99 but RM 2.00 without the taxes. This is so deceiving and I think the bank negara should stop this kind of advertisement. Consumer will think it is cheap because just RM 1 plus. Astro is not the only one who deceives consumers with such figures. Bata has been doing it long ago since the time a 1 cent is still a legal tender in Malaysia. All fast food outlets has been advertising price of food which is not rounded.

Since 1 cent is no more a valid, pricing should  be rounded from the beginning so that consumer will no longer be cheated and businesses making money out of thin air. Just imagine how much money these business outlet making free gains from consumers all over the country and I am sure it is in thousands of RM daily.

The pricing in ending in in more than five cents should stop. Until how long will the consumer be cheated by these advertisement?

How It Works

Talking Paintball - Next Training

Saturday I will be heading to ASTAKA in Petaling Jaya again. It will be another paintball training for the team that I belong to - Yakuza. This will be my second training for me and a third for the Yakuza. Our first training was when we were preparing for the NPL first leg 2009. We did well during the NPL being in the sweet 16. We are 13th out of 28 teams in Div 4. That was a promising start for our barely one month old team and formed out of scratch with unexperience players, three but two are first timers at paintball.

The second training was held a few weeksago but I was not available since I have to go to Kuching for an official duty. We lost two members from the initial team. First we lost Celine who pulled out on her own reason and then after the NPL we lost a second player who also pulled out for his reason HERE. So we have to recruit new player. Found out we have a new player in one of our player, Evo's brother, Jin. So now the team is back to five players. However, for NPL we can register seven names. So with us only five players, we have to be super fit and avoid any injuries to be able to play in all the games for the League. We do not have any choice for replacement. Now there is still two more place in our team.

For tomorrow's training I am asking my daughter to join and see whether she can fit into the team. She was  a national women's football player who played in Korat during the last SEA Games and Asian Women's Football Qualifying. Then she took up touch rugby and lately promoted to normal rugby. With her capability to play such rough game for a women, I am hoping she can fit well into paintball too. Only one worry is wether she will like paintball or not.

Since playing this extreme sport, I have been following the development especially blogs and forums to know the ropes of paintball better. Moreover I am planning to write a book about the game in Bahasa Melayu. I subscribe to Google Alert about paintball and has been receiving alerts daily on new articles and discussions about paintball. From that alert too, I knew that Tipman A5 marker have some factory flaws and the company is pulling back the equipment from the market. Seems that worldwide, paintball is a serious sports.

After Selangor, Who's Next?

Now that Selangor government had reported their assets online, when will others follow suit. Majority of Malaysians are looking forward to know how much assets UMNO and BN leaders own. When the subject of money politic is UMNO's culture, we would like to know how much they have. Afriend of mine admitted he had to spent about 10,000 just to secure a committe member post only.

Lets see how transparent our PM and our next PM is. What about other Ministers, MPs and ADUNS. Do they dare exposed sincerely what they have?

Theory Of Cause And Effect

OMG!! Is there such a theory?

If no, then I want to publicise this and can I call it zach's Theory of cause and effects?

If one does something out of his normal habits, then something might happen or happens.

That's my theory of cause and effects.

Sometimes in mid 1990s I was on an outstation duty in Cameron Highlands and together with a friend patronise a karaoke. I never sang in a karaoke before that. When we entered the karaoke, the weather was clear and fine. The karaoke was empty and only me an my friend were inside. So I braved myself to sing a number and I chose Mimpi Sedih by Emilia Contessa, a favourite. My singing was definitely out of tune and in musical term flat. Never mind its just a karaoke. If I am a good singer, I will not sing at a karaoke. After all there's nobody except me, my friend and the staff of the karaoke. Know what happens? when we got out we found out that it had rained hevaily by the leftovers on the road cars. Jokingly, I told my friend, see, you ask me to sing and it rains. The cause? I never sing and now I sing. Effect? It rains heavily.

I have been sedentary for a few years. My only exercise is the daily walking around the office or from my office going to the cafe. Sometimes climbing up and down a few flight of stairs. But after starting to play paintball and feel the demand of the sport physically, I know that I am not fit. And of course all this while I realise that I am not fit. I was blacked out while walking up the jungle path up Maxwell Hill in Taiping in 2003. It was just after about 15 minutes along the jungle trial and what I remember was someonewas fanning me.

Today I decided to break the sedentary lifestyle. I went out for some exercise. As a rule of thumb, start with something light and not demanding on the cardiovacsular system of the body. So for today it is just brisk walk about 3 kilometres ending up on the Bukit Komanwel at National Sports Complex. Did some uphill walk and ended up at the exercise corner where there are some heavy duty outdoor exercise equipments. I did arm pulls, leg extension and some lat pull down. All those uses the body weight and for sports purpose it is not suitbale because of the missing principle of progressive overloading. The only load is your own body. Then went around the fish pond with some motivation in front of me. A sweet lady with pearshaped body brisk walking in front of me. The panty line visible.

Before I can finish two rounds, sign of rain began showing. So I have to walk back quickly to the Bukit Jalil LRT station. It was a perfect timing. As soon as I arrived at the station, it began to rain heavily. Bought a 500 ml 100 Plus as fluid replacement while waiting for the rain to stop.

While sitting waiting for the rain to stop, I came out with this theory of cause and effect. Cause: I started my exercise. Effect: It rains heavily.

I remember friends use to joke,Oi!! Jangan menyanyilah. Nanti hujan turun!. Oh, The Theory of Cause and Effect.

Who Gives Empty Promises?

Everynow and then we use to hear over electronic media and print media that Pakatan Rakyat just make empty promises to lure the people to vote for them. After winning elections, promises were just left as promises.  In actual fact, who are the ones who like to make empty promises? Last year when DSAI exposed that there are MPs from the Esatern counterpart of BN are going to jump ship, immediately BN announced allocations to them accompanying with sweet lullabies that Sabah and Sarawak are treated the same as states in Peninsular Malaysia. So the MPs stay put.

Today The Star reports "Salang Goodies Questioned". Buying of votes has already begun for the rich BNs. Before nomination day BN has already promised RM 20 million in Batang Ai and RM 2.7 million for a telecommunication project at Lubok Antu. This just a meagre sum of money to be promised to hoodwink the people of Batang Ai to still choose BN as their representative.

“Why did he make the announcement only now? For years, villagers in and around Batang Ai have been suffering because the Government had failed to provide proper telecommunications facilities. - The Star.

Malaysian Insiders report with this headline, " BN's Sabah PM complain, again, about being sidelined by KL"
Now who made the promises and just forget about it? What about promises in Permatang Pauh and Kuala Terengganu? Were the promises fulfilled.
