Advance Medical Optics recall their product from the market voluntarily even though it has not been confirmed that the eye care solution has been causing infections from Acanthameoba which can contribute to serious corneal infection. The company received information from the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This is an example of a responsible company and it will make them more reputable.
