Nusajaya, in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor will house the 76 acre theme park, a sixth in the world and the first in Asia. It will have 40 different rides and visitors can enjoy seven different themes. Watch this as a preview of what visitors will get.
All the 7 themed parks radiates from Miniland (refer to park map below) and you can move from there to the various parks on the mini trains.

Recently I and two bloggers and a reporter were invited for a site visit and witness the 65% completed construction and the Observation Tower that stand at 60m is already in place. View the timebase video of the Observation Tower was built......
This Obervation Tower will be the highest structure within LEGOLAND Malaysia and can accomodate 50 visitors per ride or 1,000 visitors per hour. The viewing cabin will take visitors up to a height of 41m and as it rises, will meander in a constant circular motion in 50 seconds. If you had the experience riding the Taming Sari Tower in Malacca, you have the idea and thrill of what this tower at LEGOLAND Malaysia will give you.

Fabricated by Intamin, a Switzerland-based company that specializes in building such structures in theme park worldwide.
Safety functions will be tested and approved by TUV Munich and DOSH authorities and a third party inspection body prior to opening.

Do not worry about accommodation if you are around Iskandar Malaysia because the park is reachable within less than an hour and visitors can even stay in Singapore and come using the Tuas Second Link or the Causeway.
Visitors can still stay in Johor Bharu Skudai or Kulai before LEGOLAND hotel open the door in its future phase of development.
Opening Hours
The park will be open from 10.00am to 6.00pm. Last to join the line for rides will be at 6.00. but.........Hey, why wait until 6.00 when you have very limited time to enjoy the rides.
Prices and Tickets
Hurry up to get the advantage of discounted rate for annual ticket. It is open for a limited period and those who buy now will enjoy the facilities from opening date until 31 December 2013.

Oh ya....before I forget, the water park will be in the future development of LEGOLAND because for this phase only 31 is being used for the main theme park.

The man who is responsible to make LEGOLAND Malaysia your theme park of choice is the General Manager, Mr Siegfried Boerst who grew with Legoland all around then and has been working hard to achieve the objectives of the park.
