Buying Kuala Terengganu Parlaiment Seat has Began

Election Commission issued a statement that it is illegal to fly party flags in public in Kuala Terengganu because the election campaign has not yet started. 

However it is legal to politically buy the seats. Read HERE. 

• Barisan Nasional government has started the election goodies rolling barely a month before Kuala Terengganu by-election. Deputy Prime Minister announced on Thursday that Terengganu government will get additional RM400 million (in advance?) oil royalty payment this Saturday.
  

• Terengganu is also likely to receive more than RM400 million within the next few weeks as the by election approaching.
  

Abdullah already said that Kuala Terengganu is BN seat and would do everything within their power to retain the seat.

Why pnly now? Why not after March 8? Why not before 2004? Sense anything up their sleeves
