My brother is going to Genting Highlands for a holiday and he called me to find a hotel. So the easiest way is to go into the internet. Viola!! the list of hotel from Genting was listed. Then the @#%^&*(_+%$@#@ started. I was wondering why it is so difficult to find the hotels contact numbers online? Have you ever find yourself in that situation?

go to www.genting.com.my and they have one booking number...centralised lha, brother.
thanks beautiful tonight. After about 20 minutes of searching and about to give up only I found that number of the genting office in KL. So I gave him that number.
Just why not all hotel advertisement put their contact numbers instead of just the email and online booking facilities. Most hotels did not read their emails. I experience that with one hotel (local) when I made a booking and when I arrive at the hotel, they told me I did not make any booking. Thats shit.
