Are you having dirty thoughts and images in your mind at the tittle of this posting? I suppose the answer might be yes especially in men. The word oral it self is just enough to steer the mind to something sexual. Oral is defined by wikipedia HERE. Oral health means cleanliness of the mouth and its cavity; therefore bacteria is the culprit that deteriorates your oral health. Bacteria comes with anything that you put into your mouth. No, don't think of that only ........ it includes the food you eat, the utensil you use and put into your mouth, all those are part of the bacteria carrying vehicle. So, you need a good oral protection.
Oral me? This is what prompt me to publish this post. It was carried in the NST today about a toothpaste brand that raise eyebrows. A toothpaste sold at a hypermarket here, has raised a few eyebrows as well as having drawn laughter as its brand name was considered to be rather suggestive by some people.
Melissa Leong, 28, from Sabah, felt the brand name carried sexual connotation.
"With the amount of information available to the younger generation, I feel they can interpret it wrongly. Manufacturers should be careful otherwise they will be made fun of,"
Of course, whats there in a name? But people are sensitive.
What do you think if this Indonesian sentence then?
Sewaktu duduk termenung di buritan kapal itu, aku terfikir yang aku butuhkan pertolongan dari keluarga. What are you thinking of?
