It was reported that 56 brave Malaysians were held at an assembly to protest the rising price of goods lately. The assembly organised by PROTES (the Coalition Against Inflation).
NST reported that, about 200 people took part in a demonstration near Suria KLCC shopping center but I don't think other prime media carry any report on this event. I don't think it is just 200 people because prime media is good at downsizing this type of figure because it reflects a bad image of the BN government (have you ever heard about a Malaysian Government).
I was not present at the assembly but as a consumer I praise and raise my hats to all those who join the protest on our behalf. They are protesting for me, you and all of us in the country. And you want to condemn these protestors?
What to do? I also kena. Because unfortunately I happen to wear yellow that day. - pic from Harakahdaily.
My view: It would be much more beneficial and our money put to good use if these police personnel are used to address more crucial matters such as the rising crime rate and at the moment the missing Sharlinie.

i think the police could put their time and energy to better use by looking for missing sharlinie. UNFORTUNATELY a number were required to maintain peace for other malaysian citizens just because there are some who feels protesting against price hike is better than looking for missing sharlinie.
Ya..spend more time on finding missing children.
Wah...wear Yellow also cannot kah?
