Everyone is looking forward to this Sunday 25th November and wondering what will happen? For the police they have already set up roadblocks on all road leading into the city. This created a negative environment because one for creating artificial traffic jams and secondly projecting to the public and the world that Malaysia is at the brim of trouble. So who is actually creating an atmosphere of unrest in the country? The people whose right to assemble is stipulated in the constitution or the government through the police force? Last night on my way back to Alor Setar, while passing through Ipoh city, I saw a RELA personel (in uniform) stop motorcyclists to check their documents. Do they have the authority to do so?
Everytime when I travel from Kuala Lumpur to Alor Setar or vice versa, I will not miss police roadblocks on trunk roads in Perak, but this time there is only a JPJ roadblock somewhere near Gopeng and just the sign and flashing lights are set up but the officers resting. Now where have all the road block gone? Is it due to the pay day or else policemen at road blocks will be shaking hands (as good gesture?) with lorry drivers or not enough policemen who are deployed to Kuala Lumpur to get ready for Sunday Nov 25th.
BN especially UMNO are allergic to green and recently yellow. So will MIC be allergic to orange?

Despite police roadblocks, PM's and TPM's stern warning, HINDRAF manage to hold the rally successfully but the handing over of the petition. However TV report that state that the petition was faxed to England in the evening. The Indians brave the blockade and weaving through back streets to show their support to the organiser.
This rally and the Yellow Wave rally before just show how democratic Malaysia is. Even though Malaysians has the right to assemble peacefully as the constitution says, but it is just on paper. In actual fact people are not allowed to carry out their right. So how democratic is our beloved country? To me I see it as an autocratic democracy.
The rally should be an eye opener to the government that public is becoming restless with their handling of the country. How longer can the government contain this situation. They are hiding behind the election which is being tailored to fulfill the needs of the ruling party especially UMNO so that they can stay in power. There is no smoke if there is no fire.
