Cuisine - How To Prepare Roti Canai At Home

Well, it sounds professional, isn't it? Of course its professional. I am going to describe how to prepare one of the most popular dish of Malaysians irrespective of race age and gender. Read how to prepare the pancake after the pictures.

The cooked pancake. Ah....breakfast is ready

Dip the pancake in the dhall curry. Yummy, yummy

Vacuum packed roti pratha which you can buy from the supermarket. I bought a packet at RM 2.99 for 5 pieces (400 grams) with Free home made curry dhall. So, one peice of roti canai costs about 60 cents which cheaper than the one you buy from the mamak restaurant or roadside stalls.

Heat the frying pan

Place the pancake on it and fry till it is baked.

According to the label on the nutritional facts, every servings of 100 gm. gives 277 kCal.

Well, sounds professional, is it? You can be your own chef.

All of you who are still bujang (bachelor) this is the best option for you on weekends if you want to spend more time under sheets. Ermmm...even housewives who think to have more quality time privately with your husbands
