Whats your answer. I am sure every hand phone subscriber at one time or another received SMS alert on their phones. As a common practice, we do not subscribe to SMS alert voluntarily. MCMC should come out with regulation that telcos do not send SMS alerts unless subscribers subscribe for it. I am not sure whether we are charged for these alerts.
