This dish is called Kacang Pol. It is made up of kacang pol itself, friend egg (Banjo style) and White bread lightly roasted. I first tasted this dish in johor Bharu a few years back at a stall near Stadium Datuk Hj. Hassan Yunus. This is the second time I found it at the MAHA Expo 2006 in Serdang.
