Are you sure you can claim from PLUS? Well, I am not sure. Sometimes when there are "clauses" about consumers and if will not benefit the provider, it is being masked or hidden. This information below came through my email from a friend but I don't know from which source.

For those frequent travelers on our highway: -
The gist of the message is that if your car gets damaged from fallen tyres, broken glass etc on the road whilst you are using PLUS highway, you are entittled to make claim with PLUS.
Also, if your car does have a breakdown along the highway, do use their strategically placed phones to call for assistance. PLUS Ronda will do minor repairs FOC and if they cannot solve it, your car will be towed to the nearest exit FOC and you don't even have to pay toll.
For once, we have some kind of good news.

My experience
I had used the FREE communication device located at intervals along the highway to call PLUS for assistance.
PLUS Ronda comes to the rescue but time differ due to their involvement to other consumers.
My car was towed from Jelapang Toll Plaza (the plaza is dismantled now) to Kuala Kangsar town FOC but can't remember whether I paid the toll or not.
Claims on damages to your property, I am not sure.
If you are stranded on the highway, the first thing is call their assistance
