Doesn't mean take your Astro decoder and TV wherever you go. I use to take my smart card when I go back for a holiday because of the package subscribed which is different from the package of where I go. No! that is also not the way to do it.

Now Astro has launched an innovative service which give you non stop entertainment at anytime, anywhere and you have no excuse to stay at home to watch your favourite program and miss out your physical social life. Just take Astro with you. Yes....this is not a miss typo.
Now with improved Broadband speed, anyone with a mobile gadget can watch Astro's program anywhere. But Hey!!!!!! NOT WHEN YOU ARE BEHIND THE WHEEL. Now you can watch up to eleven TV channels, comprising of news, learning and entertainment. As long as you have a smartphone, iPad or laptop you can take Astro anywhere and oopsss! there must be internet access.
Besides the 11 TV Channels there is also Video On Demand (VOD) consisting of a library of local and international tittles besides up to 4 LIVE Event channels including the on going EURO2012.
The 11 TV Channels are : AEC, TVIQ, RIAplus, Disney Junior, CNN, Xiao Tai Yang, AWANI, ShuangXing, Disney Channel, WARNA and ONE HD.
This evening Astro organised Astro On The Go party at The Pool in Jalan Ampang to celebrate the grand launch and I won an invite after comment on “If you have Astro On The Go, where’s your favourite place to catch UEFA EURO 2012?” contest organised by Churp Churp Blog.
Invited guests arrive mostly in colours of the team they support and it was a night of fun for EURO fotball fans.
Astro On-The-Go will be available to subscribers in three phases;
Phase 1 - All Astro customers will be able to experience FREE preview of Astro On-The-Go until 31 August 2012.
Phase 2 - From 1 September 2012 onwards, Astro B.yond IPTV customers and customers with more than one decoder will be entittled to Astro On-The-Go. Android fans rejoice! As Astro On-The-Go will be available on Android too.
Phase 3 - Astro On-The-Go offered to all Astro customers and subsequently to non-Astro customers by end of the year.

Note :
1. Once you have registered your Astro ID, remember to check your personal email to verify your Astro ID.
2. Get ready your Astro Smart Card number and proceed to link your Astro ID.
