What's More In His Sleeves?

First regulation that all application to stand for the election must have their forms duty stamped at the eleventh hour just to trap would-be candidate in Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah. These states observe Friday as a weekend holiday and therefore they will not be able to have their forms stamped since it is just a less than an hour before office call it a day for the week. Hence they can't stand for the election. The reason giving the directive at the eleventh hour is just an unfair decision for prospective candidates. EC should have knew the regulations before hand and why not release the directive earlier as not to create trouble for applicants.

But when they Meludah ke langit, jatuh ke muka sendiri (Spit into the air and it falls back on own's face), they retract the directive because there are BN candidate who did not have their forms stamped. This is a case of perangkap makan tuan (the trap hits back at the owner). Is there something fishy with the directive?

Now the lates is that the delible ink is not going to be used for the coming election. Reason given because:
PUTRAJAYA: Indelible ink will not be used on polling day as the security of this method of preventing multiple voting has been breached, Election Commission chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman said yesterday.

Anything up the sleeve? Is it because they can't use phantoms of the opera to win Kelantan?

Whats next up their (SPR) sleeves ?
