Definitely NO!!!!!. This a picture of cigars or Malays call it Cerut or cerutu. Whatever it is these are expensive ones and burned by he who have money. I picked this picture from Kickdefella who wrote about the next Kelantan's MB penchant for expensive cigars. It will be a boost for the Kelantan tobacco farmer since Kelantan is one of the states that produce tobacco leaves. However is Kelantan tobacco leaves have the quality to make these cigars?
Cuban cigars has been dubbed the best cigars in the world and urmmmmm.... do they import tobacco leaves from Kelantan?
When he becomes Kelantan MB, can the tobacco industry flourish? Will tobacco farmers be accorded a first class service since the no one man loves tobacco products. If so then what happens to the Tak Nak campaign by the BN government. Oh, sorry, Tak Nak is for cigarettes only. Pipe smokers, nipah leaves cigarette smokers and cigar smokers not involve la. Tak Nak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Smoking as little as one cigar per day can increase the risk of several cancers, including cancer of the oral cavity (lip, tongue, mouth, throat), esophagus, larynx, and lung. Cigar smoking may be linked to cancer of the pancreas as well. Daily cigar smoking, especially for people who inhale, also increases the risk of heart disease and a type of lung disease known as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD.”

Throat cancer often develops from squamous cells on the mucosal surfaces of the larynx, pharynx or mouth. Smoking cigarettes and drinking large quantities of alcohol can increase a person's risk for developing throat cancer. Head and neck cancers account for about 5 percent of cancers in the United States. Throat cancers usually develop around age 60, and men are 10 times more likely to develop them than women. http://www.chantixhome.com/
