Blood Pressure Monitor

It was not in the budget but I knew about this Blood Pressure monitor through pamphlets. Its a small traveler type of equipment and can be worn on the wrist to check one's blood pressure. That means it has to be placed on the radial artery and as other blood pressure monitor it can check diastolic and systolic and also heart beat.

At this era of easy to get high blood, diabetes and heart disease, I think it worthwhile to buy and keep it at home to monitor one's blood pressure. So even though it is not on my priority list, but I do not regret buying it.
