Health- You are What You Eat (Advice for women)

I read this in lollypop Kuala Lumpur, a Free coupon magazine.

Redness of the skin - Melon, Barley

Melon is a 'cooling' food, good for people who have high body temperature and skin redness. Bioflavonoid in oranges strengthens capillary vessels, very helpful for people that have uneven skin tone. Barley is effective in controlling redness caused by makeup or allergies. Mix barley and rice at1:1 ratio, boil and echeese. chocolate, lemon and spicy food.

Bumpy Pimples - Redbean, Cabbage

Redbean reduces inflamation and helps to eliminate toxicity from the body. It will reduce redness of pimples. It is also helpful to at cabbage because it includes sulfur which has antichloristic action. Avoid salty and spicy food.

Oily Face - Mung bean, Grape, Oolong tea

The 'cooling' nature of mung bean flowers 'heat' of the face and controls sebum. Make mung bean pancake or mung bean soup to eat. Fruits like grape, peach and strawberry include Vitamin B2, so they help prevent a shiny face with excess oil. Drinking Oolong tea instead of water will also be helpful. If you have large pores, eat more apples. Pectin in apples will strengthen the function of pores.

Wrinkles around the eye - Tomato, wheat and beans

Tomato has a lot of Vitamin A so it helps to produce collagen in the skin. If you show more wrinkles around the eyes and lips compared to women at your age or have dry non resilient skin, eat tomato more often. A plentiful source of iron and calcium, wheat is effective for preventing skin aging, and Vitamin E and protein in bean will diminish the wrinkles and help restoration of the skin.

Sunburned skin - Aloe, Kiwi and Pineapple

All block ultraviolet rays and help whiten the skin. Squeeze the juice from aloe and drink it everyday. Kiwi, rich in Vitamin C , is especially good for skin that gets burned easily under the sun. Citric acid and Vitamin C in pineapple is also effective for lessening pigmentation skin sports caused by ultraviolet rays.
