Much have been said and posted in blogs and newspaper about the incident in Kuala Terengganu where a man was captured on picture, burning the Jalur Gemilang, the pride of all Malaysians. The authority has identified 9 individuals whom they are seeking to get information about the incident. The identified were from newspaper pictures and the police appeal to these individuals to come forward to provide information for investigation.
Every loyal Malaysian will be angry if their pride is being made a mockery and in this case the burning of the Jalur Gemilang which lead the UMNO Youth making a police report. Bulletin Online also highlight about the JG burning it here.
The question raised
What if the guy who burn the JG is not an opposition member. He might just be another bystander, Mat Rempit or someone who is being paid to incite anger among Malaysians as this kind of tactics have been used many times before just to tarnish the image of opposition parties. If he is not a member of the opposition then he be another scapegoat by some opportunity seeking parties.
Why did not the photographer who saw and snap this picture not do more than just turn this pic into a scoop? He can always use multiple snaps and might get the face of the man.
Did not the police (including SBs) present saw this happens but took no action to nab the culprit red handed?
What about this (pic below)? This issue has been resolved when the lady involved made an apology but whatever it is, still JG was not respected.
As a Malaysian, I condemn all misuse and disrespect of JG.

Ya, agree with you. When i read it, i was wondering, how did they know he is with the opposition?
Just because there was a ceramah there, it does not mean everyone there is a member.
