It is 2.15 a.m. and I have just return from Dataran Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur. It is a rare occasion I go out late at night but this time just to take pictures of the 4th Malaysia International 24 hour walk. The walk was co host by Persatuan Lumba Jalan Kaki Malaysia,NFC, Tourism Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur City Hall and National Territory AAA (POAWP). The walk starts at 8.00 a.m on 11th August and will end at 8.00 a.m 12th August 2007.
Participants have to walk for 24 hours around the Historical Sultan Abdul Samad building.
Its 1.35 a.m. and they have about 5 and a half hour to reach the Finish line. Yes, the finishing line that they have been passing since the race starts.

Hi! I was there too! All the best for top 5 blogger!
Thanks for the pics. Walking is a lot harder than people think, past 3 or 4 hours non-stop. I managed 15hr, my 2nd race.
by being present I can see for myself how mentally equipwere the participants. I say to myself I can't follow the footsteps of those walkers at my age now. Being one who promotes sport science in coaching I salute all of you walkers. you actually walk for Malaysia.
