Self Development - Emotional Spritual Quotient

I attended the preview of ESQ at Hotel Istana, Jalan Raja Chulan tonight and made a miss to the Malaysian Bloggers Day at Friendsters Cafe in Damansara Perdana and also the AFC Cup football match between Malaysia and Uzbekistan. The AFC Cup match would be a free trip since I was offered a complimentary ticket but I did not regret not going to National Stadium in Bukit Jalil where Malaysia was thrashed 5 goals to none. However I missed the Malaysian Blogger's Day event when I can have the opportunity to meet other bloggers here in Kuala Lumpur after attending one in Miri early this month.

What is ESQ? It is Emotional Spiritual Quotient. The preview was given by ESQ Leadership Center Sdn. Bhd.

ESQ Training uses the principles of Salam 165 whereby the figure 1 means the sole human being that is oneself that has to be built based on the 6 pillars of Iman and 5 pillars of Islam. Through this concept a complete human potential can be developed based on the mentioned priciple because every human being on this earth are messengers in their own right. Each human has obligations to fulfil not only to Allah but also to every other human.

ESQ Leadership Centre was established by a renown author of some ESQ bestseller books, Ari Ginanjar Agustian and has spread its wings to South East Asia, and a few countries in Europe. It is not a political organisation nor an NGO. Is it also not an Islamic movement preaching Islam but an organisation to develop human capital through realisation of Islam as the basic guideline.

During the preview, participants came from as far as Singapore and also include the two Rafar sisters, Linda and Diana.
