Issue - Port Klang FTZ

The sun published an article by R. Nadeswaran on Thursday, July 26 2007. I would like to pick some lines of what he had written:

# The land was first acquired by Kuala Dimensi Sdn. Bhd. in 1999 from Pulau Indah Cooperative Soceity for about RM 3.00 a square feet.

# On Nov 12, 2002, Port Klang Authority bought the land from Kuala Dimensi Sdn. Bhd, for RM 25 a square feet - more than 8 times the cost.................

The question is, who is behind Kuala Dimensi? After visiting Colour Blind, I came across one name that is very familiar. This man was once a Deputy Minister and you know what? He is actually my school mate back in Alor Setar in the 70s (if there's no other person by the same name). If he is the ex Deputy Minister then is there some personal interest with all the transactions involving the FTZ? Just as what is the talk about the Batu Kawan land where the second link to Penang Island is to be built. It might be rumours that the land involved belong to some one influential and still in office in Penang. If I am wrong then I am sorry for false accusation.
