Erotic Massage Not An Offence

Hmmm...that might sound good especially for men. According to Ampang Jaya police chief Assistant Commissioner Amer Awal, there is a loophole in the Penal code whereby the police can't take any action on masseurs giving her client urut bathin which is a disguise for masturbation. According to the law masturbation is not considered prostitution and hence it is not mentioned in the Penal Code.

"That is the reason why police cannot take action against massage parlours offering erotic massages as it is not an offence." reports the Malay Mail.

It appears that certain massage parlours are using this loophole in the law to offer ‘hand jobs’ to customers, masquerading under the name of urut batin as highlighted in Weekend Mail.

Amer said police cannot take action against the massage parlour operators without evidence since its difficult to prove whether a masseuse masturbates her customer. When a raiding team enters the cubicle, the masseuse would have quickly cover the customer’s private parts with a towel or something and put her hands on his thigh as if she’s massaging the area.

However for muslims they can escape using the law in the Penal code but not close proximity if the raiding team is accompanied by the religuous authority.
