Petrol Price Will Not Drop

Thats the "good news" by Deputy Prime Minister as reported in The Sun on its Wednesday Jan uary 31 issue. He was quoted as saying thet the government will monitor the price of crude oil for a year and if the price stabilise then the government will consider a review. OMG. When the price of crude oil increases, price of petrol per litre was raised immediately. Why then don't the cabinet wait and monitor to see whether the price of crude oil will still increase before increasing price of petrol. Since price of crude oil is determined by demand on the world market, then we can be sure that there will be no decrease of price of oil. Or maybe the government will keep that when they announce the next election date so that BN can win the heart of the people and remain in their seat for the next five years at the expanse of the voters.
