Since this morning (27 Dec 06) the internet connection was very slow and at times can't be connected. At first I thought it was because of my modem or something wrong with the line. However I face the same problem when I surf at the office. OMG, what will happen if there is no internet connection at all. Those depending on the internet for daily activities will find it a real bore and may be half dead if internet connection comes to a halt. This is just how dependant and associated we are to the internet nowadays. The highways in cyberspace has become so important to most of us that even a snail slow connection create problems.
Then in the evening while watching Buiness News, I saw the crawler during the news relating the Richter 7.1 earthquake in Taiwan to internet inteference. what I suspected earlier is true. Then a friend SMS me telling that he can't upload pictures that he promised to send me because he is having a problem with his internet connection. So, I told him the problem is faced by the whole country.
Then I know I can find some answer from Feff Ooi and logged in to his blog. I am right. Jeff has the answer and what I guessed earlier is confirmed. Read his blog . under this heading.
