Today is budget day. Our PM will table his 2007 budget and all walks of life are hoping for a good time to come.

Well, I am not going to write about the most awaited moment of the day but something else.

After Friday prayer I went to the city. Haven't been to the city for sometime. Reason for going to settle my credit card statement. Took the LRT. As usual I hate driving into the city. From Bukit Jalil Station to Mesjid Jamek cost RM1.90 each way and I took a return ticket.

Went to RHB branch at Jalan Tun H.S Lee branch. Its quite difficult for me who stays in Bukit Jalil to do banking with RHB since there is no branch near me. After bank-in, walk to the nearest Hong Leong which is at Petaling Street. Now, after a long time I did not visit Petaling Street. The normal happening that is related to Petaling Street is the pirate VCD. VCD peddlers displaying their stuff openly and I come to a conclusion that the time is quite safe for them. Usually they will promote their stuff by word of mouth. Asking prospecting customers whether he/she want any VCD. When asked I say no and immediately they try to trap me by offering porn VCD which I turn down too. My aim going there is not bo buy VCd but to settle my credit card at Hong Leong.

My next destination was Citibank in Ampang. So took the Putra LRT and the fare is RM 1.60 one way from Mesjid Jamek to Ampang Park station.

While on the escalator, saw a man who was on his handphone. Suddenly he turn and ask whether I have any spare money. He asked me whether I am local or not and told me that he accidently drop 20 cent (I can clearly hear him saying) that made me suspicious. He asked me for some money to pay for his fare to go back to Puchong Perdana. At the same time he was grumbling that his uncle switched off his handphone and he coundn't contact him.

I did not give him a single cent because I might be cheated.
